Scout is showing Fulton as a commit to Tennesse on their commit tracker, and has a report that "Chaney staying at Tennessee relieves the Fulton family". Rivals is reporting that he enjoyed his visit, and it was more than he expected. Confused. Link to comment

Confused. if he's taking visits to other places (and it appears he's planning to visit OU and 'bama), he is not 100%. whether or not he'll stick with UT or what his reasons are for claiming his continued allegiance for them, i couldn't say, but you don't visit other places when you're "100%".
