Keita is free to leave Barca, having started under 50% of their games last season. "The Dutch Royal Football Federation (KNVB) this evening reached an agreement with Louis van Gaal over his appointment as the coach of the Dutch national eleven," the KNVB said in a statement. A statement on PSG's official website reads: "Thiago Silva, 27 years old, Brazilian international, from AC Milan, has this Saturday signed with Paris Saint-Germain for five seasons." A statement on SL Benfica's official website reads: "Eduardo Salvio is the latest enhancement to the SL Benfica football team. The player, 22, is returning to a club he knows very well. After having represented the club on loan in the 2010-11 season, Salvio has now signed a contract for five years. The termination clause of the Argentina international is €60 million."
