TheCheshireCat
This guy says the fate of the Big 12, and ultimately CFB, hangs on Nebraska's decision. http://www.newsok.com/is-nebraska-on-the-clock/article/3466077 Quote Link to comment
Nexus
So the smallest state in the BCS holds the cards, eh? I love it. Quote Link to comment
macroboy
Anyone else think that article sucked? "Wouldn't surprise me if all kinds of Oklahomans and Texans called Nebraskans, from football coaches to state politicians, saying don't turn your back on tradition and history and roots." The B12 hasn't been around long enough to have real roots. You mean a tradition like NU-OU every year? Quote Link to comment
I AM FOOT FOOT
its time to drop the whole "the big 12 took our OU rivalry away stuff" ou didnt want to play texas and Nebraska every year. Quote Link to comment
Nexus
its time to drop the whole "the big 12 took our OU rivalry away stuff" ou didnt want to play texas and Nebraska every year. True. But what changed all those years when they were doing it before? (Rhetorical) Quote Link to comment

And honestly, this may go down as TO's greatest victory. Giving one big giant FU to Texas as he walks out the door. Loves it. Quote Link to comment
irafreak
The absolute arrogance of those last two texass fans' comments is reason enough to bust up their league. Nothing would make me happier to know we were the ones responsible for forcing Texas to play nice with another conference. I say toss the anchor and hoist the sails. I don't like traveling to road games anyway... Quote Link to comment
