huKSer
Isn't this for the design only? Stripes/background/layout? Once set the N is an individual option, which can be replaced with Alabama A, aTm helmet design, or WWF wrestling panda bear? Quote Link to comment

Once set the N is an individual option, which can be replaced with Alabama A, aTm helmet design, or WWF wrestling panda bear? The Department's Specialty License Plate Advisory Committee reviews the designs and the marketing proposals submitted by either the specialty plate marketing vendor or the non-profit organization. The committee makes its recommendation to the TxDMV's executive director, who considers it with the opinions you shared during the e-View. The executive director then makes the final decision on which new designs are approved. My take is that if we have enough votes, then they will elect to sell this specialty plate in the state. The ED has the ultimate decision on the final design to sell to the public. The design for the vote is going to the one for sell if we get enough votes. Supposedly on sale August 1, 2010.
