Huskers.com Nebraska junior safety Austin Cassidy has been named a 2010 ESPN Academic All-America Team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America. The honor continues Nebraska's nation-leading tradition of producing academic All-Americans. Cassidy was one of 25 first-team selections in the University Division, and one of just four defensive backs honored nationally. A psychology major, Cassidy carries a 3.88 cumulative grade-point average. Quote Link to comment
