No comments were made on how Nebraska must be better than what they (ESPN) originally thought. It seems that if we would have won, they would said that TTech simply was awful. Quote Link to comment

I remember back when they played against Steve Spurrier's Fun-n-Gun they didn't give our ground offense a chance in hell. They were doing some serious "sucking up" when the final was 62-24, Huskers. He had some disagreement with the ESPN folks and they tried to work things out over the phone on a Sat. about 3 wks. ago and he said he wouldn't be there for work, so they said he wouldn't work there anymore. Not sure what the disagreement was about, but the stuff I've read makes me think he and his family are comfortable with their decision. Quote Link to comment
