huskerauggie
Fonz is a 1st rounder 100%, David is also so underrated just due to his size. In regards to David: Yes, he is way undersized to play Linebacker in the NFL. There has to be a spot on a team for a guy with that much talent, skill, and heart. We know he is an NFL caliber player, but what position will he be able to play in the NFL? That spot is called outside LB. I was originally thinking safety. I'm not very familiar with the "normal" size of OLB in the NFL, so I wasn't sure how likely it would be. I only watch College Football (except for the Superbowl, and maybe a game on Thanksgiving), so I'm totally clueless in this area. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
There's a few starting linebackers in the NFL roughly David's size. Jonathan Vilma comes to mind, and he's a middle linebacker for god's sake. David will be a weakside linebacker. I'm pretty sure most weakside linebackers in the NFL are around 235 or so. David will be a few pounds undersized, but his ability more than makes up for it. Quote Link to comment
Husker from Kansas
david will be that guy who gets passed on by quite a few teams and then after about 2 years every team that passed on him will be regretting it. the guy is uber talented. Quote Link to comment
BIG ERN
Heard that Tampa Bay LOVES Dennard and David. Watch for them in the draft Quote Link to comment
Rocketsocks
Dennard seems to be healed up after his leg injury. He is ready to go. Shutdown corner, baby. Quote Link to comment
