Ya, I'd say wanting to take ALL your visits definitely qualifies this as a soft-commit. This will become increasingly common though as the recruiting cycle speeds-up and classes fill faster. Soft-commits and decommits will become more common. Cool that he wants to visit, get him in for a game and anything can happen, Hell USC may be full at the rate they're going. Quote Link to comment

He is also from Georgia so they are the hometown school, which means he must a pretty legit interest in us, although there is the chance that he just wants to go to see the game.
