Think about what goes into a car steel, rubber, hoses, wiring, computers, leather/cloth, lights, airbags, oil, coolant, and many other things. That doesn't even include dealers and service centers around the country that would close when GM pulls their name off the building. The ripple effect could have been massive. That's life. ZRod Posted November 7, 2012 Share Posted November 7, 2012 Isn't that basically the Volt in Cadillac trim? Read a cool article in motor trend about the new Tesla (S if I remember right). Bested all the high end German performance sedans for a little bit more cost, and it made it from Vegas to LA on one charge. So truly electric cars are coming along pretty well. Link to comment
