We really don't. Yes we do. if they didn't do you really think groups like the fda would even exist? they wouldn't they would have gotten rid of them of they could. with that logic, why are there still cops in mexico? why have the drug cartels just not disbanded them? I know some of the cops didn't even bother with fighting the cartel and just left town. Mexico City will be their toughest battle. They pretty much have all the country side taken over.
