BigRedBuster
I'm bringing my family to the football game this weekend and staying Saturday night. We are a huge volleyball family and all have indicated that they would like to go to the vb game Saturday night. How easy is it to get tickets outside the arena? Quote Link to comment

BigRedBuster
Had a blast at the game even tough dead tired from the football game all day long. WOW...what a facility. I know fans are sentimental about the Colosseum but as for simply a place to play VB....I can not imagine a nicer facility anywhere. Great job done by the program. Quote Link to comment
HuskerVBFan93
There ISN'T a nicer facility anywhere. And just wait till year when it's completely finished. It will give a whole new meaning to the term "curb appeal." Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
You really have to sit there and be amazed and proud that a program like Wisconsin's comes in, and you know that those players are experiencing something that they won't experience anywhere else. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
I'm now in the same boat as the OP so I'll ask again. Going to be at the MSU game and would definitely be interested in sticking around for the VBall game. I've looked around online some but the ones I've found are pretty pricey. Are there tickets for sale outside? I think I could get standing room only tix at the window but will have two kids with me so would rather have a seat. Thanks. Quote Link to comment

You should be okay looking for tickets out front. Also, if you go to the Devaney ticket office when it opens prior to the match, you can more often than not get tickets that have been turned in by the players that they didn't need or ones returned by the visiting team. Find out when they open and be there then as there will be others wanting tickets as well. 1 Quote Link to comment

hastingshusker
There was a guy trying to sell tickets outside the Northwestern game. He wanted $50 a piece for the tickets and quote "I gotta make a living too." So good luck with picking them up from people. I don't want this to sound like a stereotype, but I usually look for older folks who are selling tickets. They seem to not be price gougers and just want to sell the tickets. The hardest part for you will be getting the seats together. Good luck! Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Yeah, I'll probably have to get two pairs and split up but that's fine. Since we'll be right there after the football game, it's worth a shot. If it doesn't work out, oh well. thanks for the input. Quote Link to comment
HuskerVBFan93
FWIW; I used to buy tickets out front of the Coliseum and never once paid more than face value. Not saying they're aren't exceptions as described above, but much more often than not, people aren't selling them to make a profit. Quote Link to comment
