But who knows they might still be very strong in the begining. Texas has plenty of time to get their players on the same page by the time they get to Lincoln so that should be a good test for us. Looking forward to a very good season next year just hope we can get Beck a lot of playing time. GBR!!! Quote Link to comment
NamelessHusker Posted January 16, 2006 Author Share Posted January 16, 2006 The good thing about both teams is they will be losing their starting QB's while another loses both it's RB's and FB. It takes 4-6 games for a new QB to feel comfortable in the pocket. Case in point Brett Bomar and Zac Taylor this year. Zach didn't start doing good untill the 4th game against Iowa St and Bomar didn't start improving untill after the Texas game (5th game). USC will be our 3rd game since we are going to a 12 game schedule next year ( i am guessing we play 2 cupcakes before USC) Quote Link to comment
