Fife struggles learning in the classroom and taking it to the field. Lot of mental mistakes at QB. As a coach, it's hard to trust a guy when he struggles in practice. 1 Quote Link to comment

Its not an easy job, and it takes both coach and player to work at it, and I felt certain players and coaches never got the recognition they deserved for it. Quote Link to comment

There have been a lot of questions regarding player development. Some kids were able to develop, some of them weren't. I think the best ones were guys that were willing to put in the work themselves. Braylon Heard and Aaron Green realized they weren't going to outwork Ameer, so they left. Quote Link to comment
