I thought Stanton was suppose to be the next great QB at Nebraska. What happened to this view? Any mods care to chime in?

We believed what the local press said. Most of us have never seen the guy and trusted their judgement. Seems they thought another QB should skip right to pro ball...until he threw bullets to the defense in the spring game.

Thanks for those that chimed in to answer my question. I've avoided the board over the winter and couldn't find any threads talking about Stanton. Appreciate the input. Now I can go back and see who all bloviated on Stanton in his recruitment thread. :-) I believe I did. :-)
