redout22
Down 4 with 30 seconds to go. Watson with a lucky three The shot itself wasn't lucky, just the fact he got it off was lucky. 57-61 Quote Link to comment
redout22
We are 10/11 from the FT line. Not bad Quote Link to comment

redout22
Wish we would have played with this urgency a minute and a half ago.. Quote Link to comment
redout22
Gotta give credit where credit is due. Tough first round match for us, Cincy is a legit 6-0 ranked basketball team. They made free throws, when it counted, rebounded the ball with much better efficiency than we did, and made their three's. They are ranked top 5 nationally in committing fouls so we knew they were a disciplined team, and they played disciplined today. Hung tight against a very good basketball team but it would have been nice to squeak out this victory. On to the next one. Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
Atta boy redout. My main Bball, fellow cub fan poster. Well done. Shocking that a stat we knew would punish this team would be their ending today, defensive rebounding. This year the lack of size hurts this, but this had been an ongoing problem for years. Always find a way to give a team multiple possessions at critical parts of the game. Effort and attitude can change that on a height challenged team. Did Cincy go full court pressure? And if so did NU handle it better then their normal 8th grade effort? Quote Link to comment
