ScottyIce
THEN KEEP WINNING. If we go 11-1 or 12-0, they will start rolling in. The big thing here is these guys want to play early and play for a team that is winning. The other thing is that all of these guys are waiting until close to signing day to decide... which means we would have even more momentum if we can have a 11 or 12 win season. GET RILED UP BOYS! AND GIRLS! (MORAINE) Quote Link to comment

girlknowsfootball
We have had several five stars already visit. 1) Foster Sarrell, the #1 Offensive Tackle in the nation. 2) Darnay Holmes, the #3 Cornerback in the nation. 3) Donovan People's-Jones, the #2 WIde Receiver in the nation (according to some rankings). 4) Joseph Lewis, the #3 Wide Receiver in the nation. Tyler Shelvin, the #2 Defensive Tackle in the nation has consistently and repeatedly stated Nebraska is in his top 3 and he wants to visit. He hasn't taken any Official visits yet. We have a good shot of hosting him, especially with the uncertainties at LSU. The more of these guys we get on campus, the higher the chance we land one. We'be never hosted 4-5 five stars for game days, ever. This is historical for Nebraska. 1 Quote Link to comment
swmohusker
Winning is good and recruiting is important, but we don't land any if we don't get their LOI faxed in on signing day. Big shout out to the fax machines! Quote Link to comment

Big shout out to the fax machines! fax machine is underrated. Best closing percentage in recruiting. I don't think we need to win 11 or 12 to pull top recruits. It does help, there is no doubt about that, but alot of other factors involved. Quote Link to comment
