The inmate and the officer had been handcuffed together so that the inmate didn't try to escape. At some point the inmate had killed the officer and taken off in the van, trying to get away. However, as they were traveling the van ran out of gas. The inmate is now stuck with a dead officer handcuffed to him in the middle of nowhere. Quote Link to comment
