Ingredients Two 16oz Choice Ribeye steaks 1 Lb whole small button mushrooms 2 large Russet baking potatoes 6 Tbs Butter 24 spears Asparagus (any woody ends removed) Sea salt and your favorite steak seasoning 16oz fresh okra, chopped and seeds removed 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crumbled 2 whole pomegranates, split and reserve small juicy bits 8oz softened cream cheese 8oz sour cream 1 bunch fresh kale, tear into small chunks 32oz shredded mild cheddar cheese Directions Preheat oven to 350 and place potatoes in oven Saute okra in 1Tbs butter until tender. Mix crumbled Ritz crackers, sautéed Okra & 16oz of the cheese. Add flour to desired consistency to form mixture into 1 1/2” balls. Place balls in baking dish. Sauce Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chopped kale and 16oz cheddar cheese. Spread sauce over balls in baking dish Place in oven. Bake for about 1 hour or until potatoes are done. While you’re waiting on the okra balls..... Season steaks with your favorite steak seasoning and set aside Lightly coat Asparagus with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Sea Salt and granulated garlic Saute mushrooms in 2 Tbs butter until browned and soft Preheat your grill Grill steaks to medium rare while simultaneously grilling Asparagus. Remove Asparagus before it gets too charred. Plating Smoother steak with sautéed mushrooms. Dish up desired amount of Asparagus Open baked potato, add butter, sour cream, salt & pepper as desired Use a small bowl to dish up some of the pomegranate juicy bits Remove Okra ball bake from oven and discard or place it in the dogs bowl. Proceed to eat steak, mushrooms, asparagus, baked potato and pomegranate. 1 1 1 Quote Link to comment
