Guy Chamberlin Posted December 7, 2021 Share Posted December 7, 2021 I guess it should surprise no one that some people in politics think the biggest perk and perhaps only reason for pursuing government jobs is to wield power for your personal satisfaction. When some Democrats I know were falling all over themselves during Cuomo's nightly COVID briefings, and wishing we could just draft him as our Presidential candidate, my New York friends all counseled "WHOA!"
