  1. First Harvey, now Shawn. The toxicity is being removed. Things just take a while in the Midwest.
  2. Search the country. Ask the best ADs if they will come to Lincoln and then ask them and the other best people out there who they recommend. Stick to only "Hometown" people only and you could end up with Steve Pederson. He was hailed as the Hometown Hero coming back to take us to the mountain top. Instead he was polarizing and toxic and we are still feeling his effects today. Bounds and Green will do the proper search and find us the best guy available. Let's just hope they will come here and reclaim the true Husker Culture. Culture, Accountability, Leadership & Team
  3. People these days, especially kids, have very short memories. If you have the right Culture, Accountability, Leadership & Team, you will have success. And success breeds more success. The recruits can feel the energy when they are in Lincoln. They will come again once the right Leadership is in place. And Penn St, Washington and many other programs show that it doesn't take long to be back in the Top 10 and to be prominent once again. The toxicity (SE) is being sucked out of Lincoln and the best of energy is starting to be pumped back in. Great Days are ahead.
  4. HANK BOUNDS Tweets to Husker Volleyball and Coach Cook: Hank M. Bounds‏ @hankbounds 1h1 hour ago Congrats @Huskervball @jcook2 vs PSU! Compete!! COMPETE! This is the new NEBRASKA!! (Actually the old Nebraska, but it's a brand new day!) The Eichorst-Less Nebraska!
  5. Pedro, I was referring to the future enrollment if the Husker athletics continue their downward spiral. Mizzou's enrollment is down 25-35% since the bad press from their Protests and the putrid state of all of their Athletics. This has become very common around the country when programs rise and fall. As far as Yori, you want to know how big a snake Eichorst is...and I mean no respect to snakes in general... SE made her sign a confidentiality agreement that she would not talk about the terms of their buyout and everything that went on there. He even made her thank him in her resignation speech. And 30 mins before she spoke, SE 100% violated that agreement by leaking to the Lincoln Journal Star everything. She wanted to sue but was afraid of losing hundreds of thousands if not a million dollars trying to defend herself against the establishment that Eichorst had built. Yori's resignation speech: “After fourteen years as the head coach of the women’s basketball program, I have made the difficult decision to step down," Yori said. "As some of you may know, this has been a very challenging time for my family and in the best interest of all of us, this is the right decision. I want to thank the student-athletes, assistant coaches, staff and administrators, especially Shawn Eichorst, for his leadership and support during this difficult time in my life." Once again, believe me or not...this is the snake that many want to defend. And there is soooo much more. He did not want what was best for Nebraska Athletics. So many didn't trust him. He was offered a lot of help from a lot of different sources and he denied them many many times. Thankfully that snake has been skinned and we can move on to bigger and better days! Did you see what the Volleyball team did to Penn St on their own floor? First sweep Penn St has had at home since 2003! Once the toxic cloud has been lifted...this is what happens! Go Big Red! ReturnNUtoGlory! Culture. Accountability. Leadership. Team.
  6. Oh go read what I have written everywhere. it's all true whether you care to believe it or not. And what Lee and Sipple and Chatelain and Dodds and so on...they are speaking up with truths. And if you are all too blind or dumb to believe it, then that is your loss. And if so and Bounds and Green are too, which they aren't , then they can hire some more schmucks to run Nebraska further in to the ground and we can become irrelevant for the rest of our lives. And you can sit on these boards forever bitching.
  7. Thank you Toe. Was basically gonna write the same exact thing you just did. And the Yori stuff is worse than written. Eichorst leaked info and threw her under the bus. It's sickening what he did to her and what he has done to many others. If you are afraid to read info from professional journalists who have credentials, but would rather listen to everyone on boards, then you have only yourself to blame when your beloved teams have zero success for 20 years. And just look at Mizzou for na example of what bad press and horrific sports teams have done to their enrollment. They are in complete shambles down there right now. The cancers have to be eradicated and the good hires need to be in place. Accountability, Respect, Culture and Respect are the Foundations of every successful enterprise. And that is what Nebraska is still striving for. SE is Gone. the Dominos will fall properly now.
  8. https://www.si.com/college-football/2017/08/17/athletic-director-rankings-joe-castiglione-kevin-white What a great article. What words are used the most to describe the most important traits? INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY. Two things that Eichorst had none of. Neither did Pederson. Also Culture.
  9. Finally something we agree with. Why is Paul gone from the Athletic Dep't for the 2nd time? Harvey, Pederson and Eichorst! And that is the truth!
  10. Yes I'm Lee. I'm Jason Peter. I'm Steve Sipple. I'm an OWH Subscription Salesman. As long as the truth comes out finally, then sure I will take credit for writing it. Haters gonna hate. But Eichorst is Gone! Hallelujah!!
  11. And Tom Osborne was brought back to clean up Pederson's mess. Osborne's legacy is sealed. He wasn't perfect as AD, but he did plenty good. The cancer was Harvey, plain and simple. He's gone and what's left of his disciples are being eradicated.
  12. It was meant to show that a respectful AD answers his phone and gives a nice response. Personally talks to these guys. Gets to know them. Shakes hands. Everything Eichorst wasn't. Everything Eichorst didn't want to be, In other words , an a$$hole. That's what he is/was. Now he is gone. Thank God. And Harvey hired him without asking his former employer about him? Asking anyone? What the hell is that? That is the cancer that is being eradicated from the Husker Athletic Program.
  13. Keep hating Pedro. The truth hurts. Although now the truth is refreshing. Read these columns. and all the players that are coming out and speaking up. Hate all you want. Everything they are saying is 100% the truth. Don't care if you hate them and Jason Peter and everyone else that is speaking the truth. Harvey was the cancer that spread to the rest of his disciples. Peterson and Eichorst are clones. Awful, awful clones. All True. RNUTG!!
  14. Funny: Here's Dennis Dodd: Also Spot On https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/nebraska-couldnt-give-shawn-eichorst-the-opportunity-to-hire-another-mike-riley/ And Sipple usually has the pulse of the Program too. It's all coming out finally! http://journalstar.com/sports/huskers/sipple/steven-m-sipple-green-and-bounds-send-a-clear-message/article_d758b3a6-2b89-5a45-8188-506b18e1a6b9.html?utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&utm_campaign=user-share RNUTG!!
  15. Hate if you want. This is the truth. All of it couldn't be more perfect. The Alvarez stuff, the Yori stuff, how he treated boosters, press, everyone. The books for coaches instead of meetings and interactions But unfortunately it took the Football Program to lose for it to happen. This should have happened months or years ago. Actually he should never have been hired in the first place. Read it all. You will find the truth. And Pedro. Hate all you want. Lee has been telling the truth for years. he hasn't held back like many of the other writers. he isn't afraid to tell it like it is. READ IT. And you and everyone else knows Osborne tried to clean up Harvey's messes. And then Harvey took Osborne out of the hiring process for Eichorst. Harvey's biggest mistake of his career was hiring Eichorst. There is no question about it. Read Chatelain's column today about Harvey: Also Spot On. http://www.omaha.com/huskers/chatelain-hiring-shawn-eichorst-goes-down-as-one-of-harvey/article_9b883d96-9f16-11e7-a765-874dcca0d532.html
