  1. Added percentages and efficiency. It's somewhat tough to tell but it appears that O'Brien was probably throwing more short passes. But it's still quite a gap in completion percentage.
  2. Fun fact - Wilson ran for 194 yards and 4 TDs last year. O'Brien ran for 640 yards and 13 TDs.
  3. That would be Indiana. Indiana won one game in the B1G - out of eight - over a team that also only won one game. But they were undefeated in the SEC East - beating the division winner who beat seven other SEC teams.
  4. Holy cow! "Only" 116 days away. About time for a countdown.....
  5. Yeah, that one has me puzzled as well. The story is they think he'll work out better as a "quick" DT instead of a relatively slower DE. Hopefully it does. Couldn't they play Stoltenberg at End some this fall if needed? Yes they have said he will be a T for them, but why not move him out to end for some plays if we are thin? If they are contemplating it with Collins, who's to say they couldn't contemplate it with Newell, Stoltenberg, or the Davis twins for situational downs, or just to mix it up? I'm sure they still could. But I'm not sure why you move a guy away from a position of need to one of the deepest positions on the team, only to move him back.
  6. The article has a nice graphic comparing recruiting efforts in the B1G. Interesting... According to this, Michigan and OSU are the only schools who have a Center committed and each have two. It's almost like big guys are really hard to find and you should do everything you can to grab them when you have a chance. Yeah....I'm pretty sure Miles and just about every team does that. That's why we have ended up with a number of big guys on our team even though they weren't that good of basketball players. You try and you try and you try to find that guy. My bigger point was that our situation isn't that uncommon. My point is I think we would have been better off if we wanted Agau instead of McVeigh. I think that the Biggs situation made Miles very wary to guys he deemed to have work ethic concerns or "I am above the law" issues. Obviously Agau doesnt have any issues with the law or anything like that, but i think how he basically acted like he needed the huskers to BEG him to be a husker rubbed Miles the wrong way. They seem to recruit kids who want to be huskers. I don't know what your source is for that but it could be correct. However, I've also seen reports that we never actually offered him a spot. Not sure what the real story was.
  7. So apparently he's not really high on our list.

  10. Always worries me when Mom is a major factor and the kid is from a ways away. Agree. But I didn't take it as she was against him coming here. Just he should at least visit first and also take some time to look around.
  11. Everything but a silent commit. And you get a +1 on every post I see for awhile.
  12. Says Nebraska is his main interest. Not visiting and mom wanting him to take things slow keeping him from committing. Looking to visit this summer. Also considering Iowa, Rutgers, Arizona State and Pittsburgh. Bray working on him hard. We're recruiting him at OLB.

  14. I thought it was 3. Pretty sure he won the MVP of the 94 Orange Bowl in a losing effort against FSU. Yep. Co-MVP with Ward. Of course, that doesn't make knapp's post wrong....

  16. Didn't want to "rush" but would like to commit late May/early June. No other visits scheduled but said his schedule is full.

    Deflate-gate

This is really the only question left

Yeah, if I could have waged on that, I'd have bet the farm.
