  1. badgers? badgers!?! WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' BADGERS!!!
  2. I think this game will come down to the NU defense being able to stop big plays and put pressure on Henne. Henne is not that mobile of a QB (compared to B Smith anyway), and he is not quite as accurate as Hodges; but he has some good talent around him. If the NU defense can force him to make the plays under pressure, they will have a shot IMO. If Michigan plays a zone defense, NU will score. They do not bring a lot of pressure, which should give Taylor some time. If Taylpr is on his game, NU has a real good shot. NU has a huge obstacle in front of them, and I hope we can make a game out of it.
  3. I agree. Another thing about Wyoming is they play tough. No, they don't always win, but they do play tough. People can say what they want about Troy and Wyoming, but having USC in pre-conference play, evens things out in my opinion. Yes they lose Leinert and Bush, but they will be plenty tough none the less. Texas will be similar to this year. I am glad we have a year to gel a little more.
  4. Am yeah. That really makes a lot of sense there! Hell atleast we can count how many teams are actually in our conference! Big 10 but I count 11! wow. good retort. michigan will win by 20+. Funny, thats about what they said Colorado would beat NU by......... really? someone predicted CU to beat you by 30? Were they from CU? Even more so....if you were 30 point dogs to CU, then most definately will lose by at least 20. Actually, NU was a 17 point underdog. How did you go from 20+ to 30?
  5. Ok Einstein. NU should have never had shared with Michigan. You kept your half because the AP all but gave it to you before NU and Tennessee even played. The coaches poll a joke? Yep, those coaches, what do they know? Not nearly as much as the press (your a joke). Michigan barely beat Washington State (21-16) in the final minutes of the game. Nebraska kicked the crap out of Manning's #3 Volunteers (42-17). Gift to TO? Once again your stock is dropping. More remembered? Your shared national championship to our three in the Nineties. When people think of the nineties, they think of Michigan. That was a nice little rant that you gave though. You almost sounded intellegent until you ended it with that "cheaters" comment. A junior high level comment. Simply booksmart huh? You might wait until after the game to talk smack (once again, visit allbuffs.com to see why). Look, I am sure the Alamo Bowl will be a good game, but it will definately not be a visit back to 1997, NU is too different. If you are upset with who Michigan is playing, tell the Wolverine coaches to win more games. Both are 4th in their conferences, so neither can complain about much. You're probably the same fan that cries when you drop in the rankings with a win, no? Actually no, that would be the 97 Wolverines. Anyway, I wish the Wolverines good luck and I as well have a lot of respect for that program. So much respect that I actually don't go to any of their fan forums and try to insult or start sh%t.
  6. Michigan Football Ownage Forum Here is the Michigan site!!!!!!! www.blue>red/michiganfan.com

  9. i def think that tate is a much better qb... imo henne has way more options around him... does anyone know wat type of defense mich plays mostly... zone or man, cause i am hopin a good dose of zone so the huskers can run those crossing routes!!! I totally agree. Tate seems to make things happen. He seems much more mobile and is much more physical. Henne seems to make more mental mistakes.
  10. I don't think Texas is really that good either. CU just had an even more off-day and played worse against them. I bet Maine could beat Texas if they had an off enough day. Boy that lucky rabbits foot BC has in his pocket has sure has paid off. Well, maybe it is Eric the Red's Wistrom Jersey.
  11. Clever. Do you actually have anything productive or semi-intellectual to say, or are you here simply to talk smack. Your credibility as someone to take seriously is dropping fast. If you wish to have a conversation with your mental equal, try allbuffs.com.
  12. Hunter and Franklin aren't a consideration at this point. They will be for the 2007 class, but not for the 2006 class at the moment. I wouldn't expect Russel to get an offer. But that's just me. If Eloi makes it as does Spain, NU should be ok for next year at least before we replinsh the WR corps Why does Scout have Franklin and Thomas listed? Just wondering. In case they are eligible to be recruited. Some recruits spend a year in the JUCO ranks and get their grades up enough to go DIV-A, some spend the 2 years in the JUCO ranks. Franklin and Hunter will probably be 2007 recruiting prospects Thanks. It would nice if they could make it early. And bring Kenny Wilson with them. Is Butler C.C. becoming sort of a middle man from HS to NU for students who are in trouble academically? Seems like it. That school has been brought up a lot lately.
  13. 100-6 in their last 2 games....Yeah, I would think that should humble them a little but.

  15. Well, at least their logos look good on a football field.
  16. Colorado is getting spanked! What a surprise.
  17. Iowa......schmiowa, bring on the wolverines!!!!
  18. That was completely pointless. He has a right to post. Quit whining. Cant anybody have some fun. I hear this crap down hear every day how the huskers suck or they are no good anymore even on the sports talk shows. Then I come to the board and here the same sh#t from Former and Bernard. That is why Im such a smart ass. Don't sell yourself short KC, you have ALWAYS been a smart ass. Thought I would add a few more RTO's. People are't using them enough.
  19. I agree with what has been said so far. RI was more of a problem than he was worth. FW and DB, IMO, would have played, but it only takes one (or two) bad attitudes to change the dynamic of the defense. We now have some young ones on the OL, but they have experience now and will be around for awhile. The DBacks were much improved as the year went on, and will be even better next year. I also think the team would have been much worse off if they had stayed.
  20. Are there any guidlines or rules against this kind of dirty recruiting or are ethics simply thrown out the window? You would think if the recruits found out the truth, that the lies would actually hurt the school that told them.
  21. Players are a reflection of their coach! I have always thought that he was overrated.
  22. Nope, even if I have no interest in the program anymore, I will still post here just to piss you two guys off BTW, nice way to go off-topic Have a great day Former, sometimes you crack me up! Keep posting! I for one respect most thought out opinions, wheter I agree with it or not. This board would suck if all agreed all of the time. Now back to the topic at hand. I can't see BC even thinking about the NFL until he makes something out of this program. If and when he does, I think he may get some offers.
  23. I think the one who got hosed is Mckeon. He was way more of a fifference maker than Bullocks this year.
