So here's the distribution of the predictions in this thread. The average prediction was 10.1 - 1.9. (The number of wins was adjusted to 12 games since not everyone picked 12) As it turned out, the predictions that received the most criticism were just as close to the actual outcome than the ones of those doing the criticizing. Manny Bob took a lot of flack for a 6-6 prediction (off by 2 games) from posters who predicted 10-2 (off by 2) or 11-1 (off by 3). Also in this thread there were some truly awful predictions about Michigan State. There was only one poster who predicted exactly 8-4: Hedley Lamarr.

If we come up with all these crazy reasons to defend Bo after winning 7 FCS games against teams with a total of 13 conference wins just because he "gets the Nebraska way", what would we do for a former legend on the field? It would be terrible, he could go 4-8 and our fans would defend him.

There isn't a waiting list. If you're willing to pay the asking price for season tickets, you'll get them. It's not that hard to do, and it costs about $150. The AD doesn't care at all if you've been loyally "waiting" for years to get donationless tickets when someone else is willing to donate. Apparently the idea of a multimillion dollar business not wanting to give away money is difficult for people to understand around here.
