After reading everything I have to read on this guy I think it might be NU and ASU as his top 2. My heart wants him N, but my gut says ASU.

I think you are confusing "On purpose" and "accident" Now, had this a-hole drove his car into the school, down the halls, into the offices, into the classrooms, ran over 20 kids, 6 adults, then got out of the the car, rigged it so that it would "drive" over himself, ending his life, THEN you would have an argument. Until then, not so much. It is okay to be mad, to be filled with anger and hate right now, that's okay. It really is, you don't have to try to be "rational" guy right now. This is not an "If...Then" type of moment, this is a "let people vent" moment. You know that, come on. Not mad.. sad, yes. But this is a discussion that is going to be talked about. I don't think any of us are preventing people from venting right now either. This is an issue that goes further than guns.

It's a simple question. Are we allowed to place limitations on the people's right to bear arms? If not, why can't I go buy a missile launcher to defend myself? Missile Launchers are explosives. And you can not own explosives above a 'fireworks' grade, and in some places not even that. Explosives are not 'firearms'. To the earlier with apples and oranges. The fact the other counties even have gun related murders means the gun bans are ineffective. People still got their hands on guns, in some cases on an island, even being illegal to own. And there you go.

If he knows the teacher is armed, he shoots the teacher before she can fire, then goes about the rest of what he wants to do. Easy as that. Junior - You've mentioned your concern for firearms but you really haven't actually contributed an opinion to how you would go about gun control. Please refer to my above post where I mention a ban on semi-automatic weapons. So you want to ban all guns? Except muzzle-loaders and single shot weapons.

It goes both ways. You're right about that misconception, but exactly what does gun control even mean? It's an arguement without a solution.

What I don't get about this topic is if you advocate for gun control, what exactly is your solution? Go house to house and round up every gun?

Totally agree...things will have to change if Nebraska ever wants to contend for a NC again....Bo will not get us there. Said another debbie downer nebraska fan they're everwhere

They are still better. His injuries had a lot to do with the decline in his mechanics. His motion and mechanics were fine before the initial injury against Missiouri 2010. Watch videos. We all know now that he was injured, if not more that one spot, most to all of last season (2011). Now, he was supposedle 100% to start the year, but we also know he dinged up another ankle against Michigan. My point was that his mechanics this year seemed to regress as the year moved on, though they were never as bad as they were in 2011. I get that and I would agree about the injuries, but I just don't want this discussion about Taylor's mechanics to get to a point where we start focusing on it like we did last year. Taylor's done nothing but put in the work and time to improve himself as a QB and based off of his stats and what he's shown on the field, we need to give him credit where credit is due. IMO Taylor throws a good ball.
