  1. I don't think so. I honestly can't see how they would have done better recruiting. Heck, even when they weren't actively recruiting for us, they were still in the public eye and the media was fawning all over them.....which helps recruiting. I think this is an issue where Husker fans are grasping at straws.
  2. The interesting thing is, it's possible that Trump's stunt with Ukraine and has hurt Biden and he's done. However, I think Trump thinks he can beat Warren with the "Pocahontas" crap. There are a small group of Americans that think that's funny....other than that, it's ran its course. I think he would have a hard time finding something on Bernie that would scare away a large portion of his supporters. So, he's going to have to face them with actual issues.......which he is absolutely clueless on.
  3. No, it's called a hooded sweatshirt. I've had them all my life. Whomever came up with the term "hoodie" is weird.
  4. I absolutely love the guy. But, I'm with you. Not sure we need a manager that's never managed before.
  5. I'm assuming not in hoodies either. Just the term "hoodies" sounds wimpy.
  6. This is EXACTLY what he's talking about and where leaders on the team become so important.
  7. I know people have claimed they see that in the graphics they released. I just don't see it. I also don't remember any official announcement mentioning suits. But, it's possible.
  8. Thanks for the pic. I had totally forgotten that they had added onto the seating in the North Stadium. Now, aren't they both fairly close to the same height? I agree. I don't see them doing anything to the actual seating area. But, they could enclose the back, put in a mezzanine level (either on top of the building or remove the building) and that would allow them to do all the creature comforts people want. I wonder if they have a demand for more suits. If so, I could see them adding some to this end.
  9. I had the same thoughts. It's possible he is having second thoughts about recommitting. It's possible the tweets are a signal to the staff that he's still interested in them. I would assume the staff would accept him back in if he wants in....as long as he doesn't wait till there isn't a spot left.
  10. I agree. And, I would add...the way Frost wants it, is how it NEEDS to be done. With a roster of 100+ players, there is absolutely no way the staff can effectively be the work horse leaders of everyone on the team "cracking the whip". An organization that size, must have a certain culture inside that holds each other accountable. And...I think we are seeing that with what you hear the coaches saying. They are expressing what they want and need. Yes, the O line needs to block better. The coaches can talk all day long about that. But, in reality, to get the team to that point, we need leaders to rise up in the group. So....that's what the staff is talking about and pushing for. We need players that are committed to doing the right thing every time with the right mindset. Until then, they can talk all day long about blocking better, but .....it's not going to have a major affect.
  11. Isn't it interesting how he always says there were many people on the call that claim there was no "Quid Pro Quo".....well....unless someone that's involved claims there WAS "Quid Pro Quo"....and then...they are scum.
  12. I've looked on line and can't seem to find a picture of south stadium from the outside. But, I was thinking the same thing as Stumpy. I'm not sure why they can't enclose it, put another level in half way up that would have concessions, bathrooms...etc. In my mind, this level could be put in right above the existing building. (that is if they really can't or don't want to tear it down.) In a perfect world, those class rooms/offices would be moved somewhere else into a new building. This is basically what they did with North Stadium.
  13. I actually had a conversation with a Trump supporter that agreed with me that the coal industry is not coming back and it shouldn't.
  14. Heard an interesting conversation on this on the radio this morning. They were talking about how this could affect lesser watched sports. The commentator said that it could allow say a tennis player to give tennis lessons to kids and get paid. This currently is against the rules. Stuff like that should be allowed and it's stupid that it's not.
  15. If I'm on my computer, I click on the little arrow at the bottom and then click on "copy link to tweet". Then paste. I then need to click on "paste in plain text instead". If I'm on my phone, It's "share tweet via" then click on "copy link". My phone automatically pastes it as a tweet.
  16. So....you have a combo that sets records one year. One part of that convo leaves for the nfl and now it’s the All on the QB because the production isn’t the same. got it.
