So.....you disagree with her policies and...yes....we have proof she is a total bitch and that she enabled her sexual predator husband. But, they just can't let it go with that. They have to go to the full out wacko extreme that's to the point of total absurdity. Sad thing is....one hell of a lot of people believe this crap and this is when things get extremely emotional and nasty. And, it's not necessarily the candidates or the political party leaders. It always seems like it's these ancillary people around the party that says these things and people latch onto it.

I don't remember a handshake but I think they did. The big difference at the end between the two was that Bill and Hillary hung out for a little bit and talked to the town hall participants while Trump and family disappeared almost immediately. The reason I ask is because it sure was cold between the two at the beginning without a handshake.

I have a question. I recorded the debate and started watching it about 30 minutes after it started. My DVR for some reason didn't record the very end of the debate. Did they shake hands at the end?

I agree 100% the only reason they exist is to pump up tv ratings. It's good discussion for fans. There isn't a reason to hate on them. They are relatively meaningless like the polls in basketball.

Hmmmm.....I was hoping he would take the Tea Partiers with him. Here's another example of how Trump has no friggen clue what he is doing. He is actively and openly telling his cult followers (I like that) to not vote for the Republican candidates that don't endorse him. So....let's say the unthinkable happens and this idiot wins AND, his cult does what he tells them to do. He now has a Senate that is controlled by the Dems, lost some power in the House, and he has lost many governors. Is his cult then going to vote for the Dems? That would be interesting. Does he really think that the Dems in congress are going to love him and back what he wants done? He's just sabotaged the majority in the Senate. AND....now the Dems have control of the Senate and it's easier to impeach him. Heck, the Republicans would probably start the process. OH.....and let me throw this in as what PROBABLY will happen. Clinton wins and the Dems now have control of the Senate.

Do the Trumpanistas go off and form their own party? If so, isn't this basically the same group that were the Tea Party? We would then have Democrats, Republicans and the Tea Party. The extreme right wing people who think all hell is going to break loose soon if there isn't a revolution can all go with Trump. The rest of the Republicans and possibly some of the independents that had left come back and maintain the Republican party. Is this how a third party is going to be formed?

It would have been a great come back for Clinton to say..... "Well Donald, you should know that if you were paying attention in the security briefing that both of us get. You know....those briefings that prepare you to be President?"

Hmmmm....I'll be in Germany and I think that should be a 9:30pm start for me. Doubt if I take the time to figure out how to watch. But, you never know. And...yes...11:00am starts are horrible.

I was worried we wouldn't be able to hang with Sparty, but then we did. A week after Purdue, that was really a surprise. So I think Nebraska's the kind of team that can play the right game and play with anybody. It's also the kind of opponent for Indiana that, if they play their game they can hang with us. If NU beats Indiana 38-17, it's a really solid showing. Not "it took an off day, and their best." Just trying to keep the expectations steady. Nebraska is better, but it's a reasonably tough matchup. I remember last year after the Purdue game, I was looking for tickets to take the family and everyone thought I was nuts because we were going to get absolutely blown out.

OK....at least as it goes nationally, we are here. We are top 10. We are undefeated. This is what we have all been wanting. Now, it's time to make it mean something and not prove all the doubters were right. I think this coaching staff will have the team's heads in the right place. Indiana might be closer than a lot of people want it to be. But, as Knapp has pointed out, we are really banged up on offense right now. I'm very concerned about how exactly bad TA is. I think I saw today he said if they had a game last Saturday, he wasn't sure he could play. That is a major concern going forward. BUT....I'm going to love being top 10 while we are here and hope it lasts for quite a while.

Why am I confused???

For about the first half. Trump eventually quit whining and lightened up on the interruptions. Absolutely ridiculous that he claimed this to be unfair. He made zero efforts to stay within time constraints and constantly interrupted Clinton, really forcing her statements past the original time limit. I also can't believe he asked why the moderators were biased and not bringing up emails. They DID introduce the topic and it was the topic of discussion for a needlessly long amount of time. But I guess when your supporters are willing to eat whatever crap their fed he can say it was 1-on-3 and be believed. Way to go Donald! You had everyone else on that stage against you and you still crushed that criminal! #MAGA It would be fun if TV would show the clock.

Maybe it's because the race for President is such a cluster fudge that I haven't heard literally anything about congressional races.

Here is a point in the debate that I thought would get more run in the post discussion debate but I haven't heard or seen anyone discuss it. The topic was energy. Trump started off by claiming that Hillary wants to destroy the coal industry and doesn't care about those jobs. Well....he has a valid point there. But....then he goes into what his plan is supposedly. He started talking about the fact we have technology to have clean coal. So, we can use this technology and have energy for thousands of years by using the coal we have under our feet....so far so good. BUT......then he goes off on some weird tangent about how horrible the EPA is and how he would get rid of it and they are destroying jobs...bla bla bla. Now....here is what is wrong with what he said. First....Obama has been trying to push through clean coal regulations ever since he took office. The Republicans have fought tooth and nail claiming it's not needed because global warming is a hoax. (Actually, Trump thinks it's made up by the Chinese to destroy us). So....let's say he wins and is now President. How is he going to push through clean coal? He claims he is going to tear apart the EPA so he can't regulate it. The coal industry is not going to do it willingly because it costs billions of dollars. The US government could fund it but that's only going to increase the deficit and drive up our debt which he rails against all the time....Oh....and he's going to cut everyone's taxes. So......Trump supporters......how would Trump get clean coal developed when the Republicans are so against it. He supposedly won't have an EPA to regulate it and the coal industry doesn't want it....and....the government doesn't have the money to do it? PS.....and...if global warming is a hoax like what he claims......why do we need it?

What I've been saying, If Hillary wins Republicans have no one to blame bite themselves for nominating Trump ( well, that and the fake stories about dead people voting and voter fraud that Trump has already planted) If Trump wins Democrats have no one to blame but themselves and the fradulant DNC for Hillary being the nominee I have been yelling that from the roof tops. Any reasonable candidate would be beating Hillary in a land slide. But...no.....the clueless voters in the Republican party nominate the biggest fraud they could find because he says obnoxious things and they think thats cool.

Does anyone else find it funny that he constantly interrupted her in the first debate. Kain then interrupted constantly in the VP debate and he threw fit about it claiming "it shouldn't be allowed." Then.....in this debate he was back to interrupting her again. This is just one example of how he really has no clue what he actually does. OR....he thinks rules should be for other people but he should be able to do whatever he wants because...he's so great...he's awesome....everybody loves him....bla bla bla....

He wasn't joking. She SHOULD be in jail. His statement was a reference to the corrupt system that protected her from conviction.So....you don't agree with his campaign.I agree with him that she should be rotting in prison.So....his campaign manager doesn't agree with him? And....you do know that it is not in the power of the president to jail political rivals??? Or....really anyone????
