  1. I'm really starting to hate UCLA! Wonder where UCLA ends up for the year top 5-7 recruiting class? Goodman and Willis should move them up several spots
  2. sounds like Priest will make his decision tommorow in a press conference. source: Nate Clouse Twitter
  3. is he announcing his commitment today? What time?
  4. He should call them up and tell Auburn dont waste your time in coming here, Ive made up my mind. If he dosent, which I doubt he would do; then perhaps this isnt over yet...... regardless what he said to the coaches yesterday!
  5. Corner? I highly doubt that. His listed 40 time seems inflated when you watch his tape. He's no doubt an athletic guy, but there is no way he has the agility to play bump and run in Bo's system. As a weak side safety or nickle is where I think he has most potential. Another Lavonte David would be nice, but that type of undersized ball hawking LB doesn't come around every year. I'm not sure I see that in Drake... BWTHDIK Disagree. He has the athleticism, speed and the agility to play CB. It may take a year or two but he is a much better fit as a DB than LB. And playing nickle back is essentially a CB you just match up with a 3rd reciever/ back/ or TE (Even Huskersonline.com has a picture of Ciante Evans and says Year in Review CB) After last year and this year (Banderas, Love, Newby, Anderson, Brown, Afalava, Rose) we will have plenty of depth at LB. He wont be needed here...
  6. If he has as quick a first 2 steps as his older brother I could see him being a real productive corner. Speed to run with the fast wide outs and an ability to break on passes. Might be a project but well worth the risk.
  7. If it comes down to two 12-0 teams in the CCG I really don't want Kirk calling that game I rather have Kirk than Gus Johnson!
  8. sorry I have to do it..... WANT
  9. Opportunity knocks. I would say Andy Bauer and Braden Smith would be a decent class of OT's for 2014.
  10. Thank you for the information. I hope the Nebraska coaches are aware of this. Not trying to be a dick but if you and I can connect the dots than I think the coaching staff has a pretty good idea as well....
  11. Its because USC has offered and recieved Ty Issac commitment. This dude is huge and sneaky fast! Ive watched him play for 3 years now! Had 535 and 7 TDs against Jordan Westermans team in the state finals 2 years ago! 6-3 220ish coming out of high school. Jr. stats 178 carries 2114 yards and 45 TDS.
  12. he's already gone. go back about 20 posts. My bad thx for the update
  13. If he finished in the top 1% of MCAT scores and is applying at John Hopkins medical school surely he will be accepted to Med school at Nebraska. Play your 6th year take grad classes at NU and then transfer to his med school of his choosing....anyway a 6th year senior helping these freshman and RS freshman play and lineup at LB can be nothing but a possitive for the defensive side of the ball this year! regardless of what ends up happening wishing him the best on and off the field even though it seems like hes pretty much got it figured out!
  14. KISS He had at least two of those this year at UCLA and in the CCG. Notice I also said go undefeated.
  15. IF we can beat UCLA(I hope its at night) at home in the 3rd game we have a great opportunity to be undefeated going to Michigan in November. If we are 8-0 going to Michigan on November 9th we will be ranked in the top 10. That game may be the game that determines if we go to Indy or not. The UCLA game scares me more than the Michigan game but it is at home....I think the season for Michigan rides on their QB Devin Gardner. If he gets hurt Michigan is going to have a much tougher time through the Big 10...
  16. I dont know how you come 4-5-6 times and not be extremly interested. Close to home, a program on the uptick, and great national exposure umong other things! I agree on No.1 of 2014.
  17. after looking at his picture and looking at his size 6-6 275. He will be a book end tackle! He has the frame to add a healthy 30-50 pounds if a particular coaching staff wanted too.
  18. Cant have enough of these in my opinion. Either keep the weight and work on foot quickness as a DE or put another 35-65 on him and make a 3 technique!
  19. if we are undefeated when we go back to Indy and TM has a "heisman moment" at some point next season its possible.I would put the percentages in the single digits for now but Lets just hope TM improves the way he did last year! If the defense is even close to as good as the offense is next year it should be very exciting! Im putting my money on Teddy Bridgewater they have a great shot at going undefeated in the regular season next year!
  20. also saw Hunt is still looking at Ohio st didnt know about UM.
