  1. Okay Joe Biden, a man who routinely gropes and touches children inappropriately. He's a probably a pedophile. Brag about him all you want.
  2. Actions speak louder than words. Liberals will do nothing to stop or prevent something like this from happening. Liberals tolerate rape in the name of diversity and multiculturalism.
  3. Liberals call this "cultural enrichment." The superintendent of the school was quick to point out that any individual who is concerned about the gang-rape is being racist and bigoted. Link
  4. Sometimes I wonder if Nate Gerry is intentionally playing poorly.
  5. Biden says he's not running, which means Trump vs Clinton. Bad day for Wall Street and progressives, because Biden stood a much better chance of beating Trump. Trump is going to win. Great day for pro-American citizens who don't want their country turned into a third world hellhole.
  6. Biden will be entering the race shortly. Trump vs Biden.
  7. I gotta stop ya right there, on point number one. Fiscally, I tend to agree it's just different big businesses that are getting the handouts. That's where a lot of the similarities stop. I'm not sure the two parties could be further apart in regards to the social issues. Immigration, ACA, and Iran they're miles apart. No they're not. The GOP has done nothing to stop immigration or ACA because they benefit from it. If you're not going to read the articles I linked, then don't comment in this thread.
  8. I am getting my information from the link I posted, which you didn't bother to read, which begs the tantalizing question as to why you are even posting in this thread.
  9. The following is a series of articles explaining how the entire 2016 Republican Presidential race is rigged in order to elect Jeb Bush. A summary: Wall Street owns both major parties. There are no differences between the two major parties. Wall Street wants candidates who will further the interests of Wall Street. Ergo, they want Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton. No one wants Jeb Bush though. So the GOP establishment has spent the last 3 years changing the rules in order to ensure that Bush would be elected. Almost all of the GOP candidates are part of the establishment, and they are there to split the vote, in order to ensure that Bush has the most votes. Donald Trump took a sledgehammer to this plan. Link If you scroll to the bottom of that post, there are 20 additional links, outlining the whole GOP strategy. If you are interested in politics, and how politics actually works, read all of the links. Believe it, don't believe, it is extensively researched, and it makes sense.
  10. If Trump continues to dominate and he becomes the eventual GOP nominee, then Biden will be the Democrat's nominee. He is the only DNC candidate who can beat Trump in a head-to-head matchup. It's either Jeb vs Clinton, or it is Trump vs Biden.
  11. Pelini may win 9 games again, but I think that the majority of his supporters have now jumped ship. No one will care if he gets fired, especially if the firing and new hire have Tom Osborne's stamp of approval.
  12. Scott Frost is too inexperienced. We don't need another first-year head coach learning on the job. Craig Bohl has proven to be an excellent head coach. He runs a good program, he is a winner, and he is a Nebraska guy (which is important to a lot of people). He should get a long look.
  13. The defense is great. They only gave up 602 yards this time.
  14. Gonna be a long year for this defense. They'll get better, but defensive line is just too weak.
  15. Is the defense going to be using a lot of three-man fronts this year?
  16. Here's a study done by the Pew Research Center about MSNBC, Fox News, and CNN. The Changing TV Landscape Just another reason not to watch TV.
  17. Osborne wasn't paid $2.875 million dollars per year.
  18. I thought NU would unravel and lose 2-3 games. Never thought they would run the table and make it to the Big 10 title game.
  19. I do. The United States was founded by men who chose secede from the world's most powerful nation. Another secession tore the country in two and cost thousands of American lives. Secession is a part of politics, a part of history, it involves psychology and sociology and human behavior, all subjects that fascinate me endlessly. Apparently you are above such things, and see no need to learn about them or even discuss them.
  20. no, but are you saying that if one news network puts out misinformation, it makes it ok for everyone to? but i do think fox is the most egregious and msnbc is a straw-man that is used to somehow exonerate fox news of all of its fault. what would fox fans do without msnbc? a relatively irrelevant news organization. i also think that when fox does do news, it does a fine job. it is the fox and friends and primetime shows that act like news journalist when they are just yellow journalists and sensationalists. I'm saying that all news networks lie and put out misinformation. They each have an audience that they cater to, and they do and say what they have to in order to maintain their viewership. I'm not saying that that behavior is OK, I'm merely saying that that behavior is common among all networks, not just Fox News. fair enough, but i think there is a difference between being biased and using disinformation for an agenda. I added more to my post above. And I agree that there is a difference between bias and using disinformation to push an agenda, and I think that Fox News and MSNBC are the finest examples of the latter in action.

MSNBC doctored the George Zimmerman 911 call, mislabeled his race, and turned a random shooting into a hate crime and a national news event. I wouldn't call that the work of a "relatively irrelevant news network."
