  1. He is a 4-star guy. Commiteed to WVU out of high school. They are very good friends
  2. Mike Marrow has been injured and he hasn't been effective in the few carries he has seen in short yardage situations anyways. I think I-formation with Cross is a more likely scenario going forward as we began to see against PSU.
  3. I'm not a troll or trying to be an ass. I asked an honest question about why you thought we were not recruiting him hard. Due to the fact that I am "new", as far as I know you were one of those people that is in the know and I was posing a general question hoping it would be answered. I think David Williams is either the top or 2nd best back on our board (possibly behind Taylor) and wanted to know if you or anyone else knew anything as to how you know we weren't recruiting him hard because I like him a lot. The reason why this and other boards are great for fans is because there are a lot of people who are in the know and have access to things general fans are not, so I don't know why you are running off new guys like me when I ask an honest question just like you did. Sorry if I took your first post to me wrong. I guess I took it with a sarcastic tone and possibly I shouldn't have. Derp is a term the board has recently been using due to alot of newcomers that have really just joined to cause havoc, complain, and offer nothing good to the board. If you are truly not a troll, then welcome. P.S. - I may have nominated you for the DBHOF Don't get too worked up about it, it's really not that bad of a deal. P.P.S. - I still don't like your handle. It's not that I like Romney, or hate Obama, I just don't really care for either of them. Thanks. As far as my political beliefs go, I'm a hardcore Republican and the name is not reflective of my political views haha.

  5. You do realize how bad 33 yards is for an average, correct? I'm concerned with how poor Maher has been this year, too; but even with his 16 yard punt last night he still average over 37 yards per punt last night and over 41 yards for the year. And we are redshirting Bondi this year after burning his shirt last year. How do you know he is redshirting? Just because he isn't on the field, doesn't mean he is redshirting. I would like a reliable source, like the coaching staff or a teammate, to confirm that one. It is pretty evident that he is redshirting since Maher is doing ALL of the kicking duties. You don't need a reliable source, he has not played this year so thus far he is a redshirt. Anyone who has not played this year is technically a redshirt as long as they have one available. It's not a predetermined thing where if we declare it at the beginning of the season he can't play. He can still come in at anytime if they found the need. But if wouldn't make too much sense at this point
  6. Just curious, how do you know we aren't pushing hard for this kid? Are you aware of who we send mail to, who we call, message on FB, call on the phone, attempt to schedule visits with, etc.? Are you a coach? Just wondering. Well, obamasucksabigfatone, if we are pushing hard for a recruit you tend to hear alot of update info, and since there hasnt been much i figured i'd ask. Nice to know a new derp to the board like you is here to let me know nothing important and act like an ass. You can leave now and go back to where you came from. Now, if anyone has any actual info thanks. First of all, I'm not a coach and that is why I'm not saying we are or are not pushing hard for a kid. No one on a message board is aware of who the coaches are "going hard after." It's obvious who we may recruit but you don't have access to anything to know who or how much we contact anyone. And just because you go hard after a kid doesn't mean he is interested in the school. No matter how "hard" we go after Robert Nkemdiche doesn't mean he is going to come here. Maybe Williams has said up front he isn't that interested in us which is why we may not being going hard after him (assuming we aren't going hard after him). I'm pretty sure the coaches have a feel on how to allocate the resources and who to go after. So instead of commenting on how I bring no knowledge to this board, why don't you continue to use words that a 13 year old middle schooler uses because they think it sounds funny like derp.

  8. Also remember that only 2 teams from each conference can be in the BCS Bowls. So Alabama is obviously going to make it, but LSU would have to finish above Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina in order to make it to a BCS Bowl. LSU will most likely end up in the Capitol One Bowl and slaughter a team like Michigan
  9. Easy there. I'd say 2010 Henery was 2009 Bailey!
  10. Our defense struggled against the run and that is where the yards came from. But Michigan State's players are really good players, but they are just young and inexperienced. It is natural that later in the season and with more experience their efficiency and production will increase. So don't completely compare them early in the season to us now.

  12. I'm not one to over hype players based on high school film and am in no way an NFL scout who can break down all aspects of a QB throwing the ball. With that said, it's pretty obvious Tommy is a superior passer over Stanton. You can see their film or look at the numbers: Armstrong senior year: 58.6 completion %, 1965 yards, 29 TD's, 2 INT Stanton junior year: 2435 yards, 13 TD's, 8 INT Both played for the highest level high school competition in Texas and California. Stanton is probably a superior runner and questionably a better athlete. I think both can be successful in their own way and it is good to have more than one solid QB. I just don't think Tommy is the Jamal Turner type of athlete some may think that you put on the field. He is essentially a QB only
  13. He actually had schools like UCLA, Auburn, Wahsington, and USC looking at him as a safety. A Rivals guy said when he was a soph in HS he projected him as a 4-star strong saftey
  14. He is 5'10 WR/DB who is 0 stars on ESPN and doesn't even have a Rivals page. I think we can do better.... 5 Stars or die . Yes because his lack of media coverage by the recruiting services its hard to see if the coaching staff even has interest in Bailey or if its just one of Stanton's buddies he wants to come here with.

  16. You can bring out all of this wizard math, but Obama's investment in green energy companies has been flawless in the eyes of a sane person. Do a little research and stop listening to the biased Fox News. If you watch real, credible new networks such as CNN or MSNBC you would know the truth! I never quoted or said fox news. But to put out MSNBC you just revealed yourself, if your name wasn't enough. Flawless means no flaws, 11% failure is not flawless. Technically you're right about being flawless. But if I were to give you $500 billion and 89% of the investments were successful, I'm guessing you would take that! Obama is saving this country and it is truly sad to think people like you can not see it at this point. The man has to deal with brainless conservatives who won't work with him in Congress. He promotes an atmosphere of agreement and compromise and Republicans just can't see past their own special interests and agenda to get anything done.

  18. I bet youre the same type of tool that thinks Alex Henery is better than Dan Bailey, aren't you? Clearly Dan Bailey has contributed more to his team overall due to his 6 career total tackles as opposed to Alex Henery's 1 tackle. Sure, Bailey has missed a single PAT in his life, but his team was up 69-3 at that time, so give me a break! And Dan Bailey has never ALMOST been cut from his team after losing a game on his foot as Henery did and becoming the only reason his team missed the playoffs #GoLiberals #GoCowboys
  19. For someone that doesn't even know what extrapolate means (junior high math term), you sure do have a lot of opinions on the inner workings of the economy and health care - two things that are highly mathematical. You can have all the "this is why i'm liberal" reasons you want, but the fact of the matter is you have no idea what you're saying and are regurgitating some bullsh#t you've heard somewhere else. Don't sit there and tell me how a change in variable A affects the price of insurance, and don't act like you know the components of claim costs. You have absolutely no idea what goes into these things, but you either a) think you do, or b) don't care. Whichever it is, you fit in with all your other clueless liberal buddies. I had to join this board just to respond to you, as you are the insensitive type of person that is ruining this country. First of all, Mr. Math, I assume just because you can do the crazy math Romney does, you assume you know it all. Do you even know what an integral or derivative is? I doubt it! Gay rights should be at the forefront of this election and I'm sure your conservative agenda wants to make it about jobs. The unemployment rate is lowest since Bush ruined the economy because of Obama's policies. The point is, gays have been treated like the blacks were in the 1960's and there should be similar actions and protests in this country until everyone is treated fairly. I'm not a homosexual, but I certainly believe they are what is best about this country; being able to express yourself as yon please. Everyone deserves a fair shot in this great country and it's sad you don't feel that way, KJ. And I have no idea how you can even argue that green energy is our future. Obama is the only one who has the vision to see that and it's a joke to think anyone could actually argue that!
