    why can Notre Dame recruit the way it does but Nebraska cant? both havent one a championship in a while, what does notre dame offer to kids from other states that nebraska cant/doesnt?

      ND is the premier Catholic School football program for 90% of the kids who attend Catholic high school.....and there are multitudes of them in all 50 states. That's a nice inroad to have.
