You still have to rebound and Benny needs to step up as he is not even getting guarded on the perimeter -

Me neither, seen him at the rec playin basketball and he's not built for it. He'd have to hit the weights big time if that were to be a possibility... real lean but very athletic. perfect for safety He is listed at 6'3" 200. That is plenty of frame to add 15 to 25 pounds to. local kid & he has probably gained 10+ during his RS year! -
I think Mavric keeps a great list, but I've heard 20 total. So, five more. Was 18, then Love & Hart transferred out.

Parker needs to know his limitations. He is getting to be out of control. -

Wow, 8 Asst. w/6 TO and balanced scoring! -
I agree, but I feel speed is the way to ago. We need to build the program back up and if this takes a few years so be it. He is 6' 3", so he has the frame to add weight.we have four scholarship linebackers with one coming back from a major knee surgery. We need depth immediately. We can't afford to take a whole bunch of kids that'll take time to develop their bodies. IMO, we need still need a run stuffer, a JUCO transfer, along with another two possible smaller LBs. You got to remember we are late in the game due to the coaching change. We need to take the best players for this team, not just because they are 220. You need to look at the big picture, just not next year.

How many are we taking in this class? I was thinking 20, with Love & Hart leaving.
-
May have said it before and unsure where I heard this, but no team with a recruiting class outside of top 15 has played for a national title in last 15+ years. Oregon - 2012 (16), 2013 (22), 2014 (26), 2015 (currently 21)

I think he likes the Huskers, but the distance from family is a factor.
-
I agree, this kid has great ball instincts!
-
what?? Mohamed is the most commonly used name in the world. Read a book for once! He speaks the truth!
-
Slightly concerning, but I still say we should take him. You can work with guys to become more consistent ball catchers, how to run routes, etc. You can't teach speed. Take the speed & teach!

Perhaps he was given specific goals to meet and he failed. Perhaps they were following specific protocol that said they had to review his case after a year if he wanted them to. If he didn't want to wait, he certainly did not have to. Agreed on the last statement, but we will never know. -

Regardless this was handled poorly by the University. They should have told him last year, instead of wasting his time. -

I haven't mooned anyone, and this is probably the most ridiculous defense of Moss yet. Which is truly saying something. How weird, i was specifically thinking of you. Ok, so you havent mooned anyone. Have you ever done anything wrong? Nm, dont answer, i already know the answer. Its not about have you mooned someone, its about people crucifying him and acting as if they are perfect which you are a great example of. I spose you never needed a second chance huh?? So, Moss was given a second chance.... Bingo. I think the story goes he whipped it out, got banned from campus for X amount of time. Then he was caught visiting his girlfriend in the dorms and then got the 4 year ban handed down. Is this correct? He was given a 1 yr. ban & paid a $500 fine. The ban was extended due to visiting his girlfriend on the 1 year anniversary, so the ban was extended by year. At the end of the 2014, they would review his case and decide to lift the ban or make it for life. -

I have heard that the southside of Lincoln is right by a certain Aquarium guy's headquarters.... People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. I met the kid after the fact and he is humble & sincere. Don't back stab a person you do not know. -

Regardless of whether you believe that showing your junk in public should merit that punishment, the fact that he did it a 2nd time after being caught once should give you pause. I am glad you know all the facts in this case while living in NY. -
I thought the kid was having fun, but now it appears he needs the attention at the Husker expense. I would not care if we cut ties. TOO MUCH DRAMA!

Good game, we look better with the big guys in. I also like seeing Pitchford play the 4 instead of the 5. We still need to improve foul shooting and rebounding. -
We have two scorers that are good at slashing to the basket. We have what I believe is a very good point guard in Smith and one coming in from Chicago. What we are missing is good outside shooter and (as I said before) a big in the middle. So, of those two, we take the one who wants to be here. We need both. As someone said, we potentially have another big coming in as a Freshman next year in either Morrow and Jacobson. So, yes, we have players on the team. We have some very good players on the team. There are more positions than big guys in the middle and outside shooters. We currently have a great shooter (Fuller) who barely gets off the bench because of lack of defense. We have a great shooter (White) who'll be eligible next year. We have other players who can score who can make up for not having a great shooter. There is no other way to make up for not having bigs. I'm really not sure how people are able to say one guy wants to be here and the other doesn't. Agau already visited last week and was coming back today. Sounds like he wanted to be here pretty badly to me. Seems like the reason he hadn't committed here we because we apparently didn't want him. That's fine, but let's put the talk about who wants to be here away. Glissman said that he talked to Akoy and he was unsure where he was going. He stated that he would like him at NE, but alluded that it probably will not be the case. He was not sure he would come back to Nebraska do to the pressure of having to be that great NE player. Having gotten to know Akoy a little, the pressure of being the "great NE player" is something that wouldn't bither him one bit. Akoy is a very smart kid and if Pitino taught him or anyone else anything at Louisville its to look at life after basketball. Georgetown is a damn good school I never said Georgetown was not a good school, just quoting what I heard.

Regardless, the University needs to let him know either way so he can move on with his life! -
