  1. The timeline will likely follow the same of Matt Rhule at Temple going to Baylor. He coached the AAC title game Saturday and was coach of Baylor on Tuesday. Behold the light
  2. It seems part of what makes this whole thing so intriguing for fans is that it's very easy to figure out.
  3. Can't wait til it's revealed the state is down there to negotiate a cattle for citrus trade.
  4. Temple is gonna win this weekend because #GreatnessDoesntQuit
  5. It's impossible to do, but if you watch ISU and UCF every week and disregard the name of the coach, ISU is so well coached, prepared, and motivated every Saturday. UCF is a great story, ISU is a miracle.
  6. Frost comes back and this is your staff: http://www.ucfknights.com/coaches.aspx?roster=201
  7. Riley burned his timeouts on the final drive with only seconds left as if they had any shot at , not just winning the game, but scoring at all. Only result was POB getting knocked around and the announcers making fun of it.
  8. The person in a Husker jersey who cared the most all season was Grant Wistrom.
  9. They sure have a way of showing it.
  10. Moos has gone on radio shows and talked about Scott Frost's time as a graduate assistant. You couldn't tip your hand anymore if you were playing with double sided cards. They need to give the fanbase assurance that this has a timeline. Everyone already knows Riley is gone. Saying it tomorrow may actually spark something in the players these last couple weeks.
  11. There isn't a smokescreen on Earth big enough for anyone not to realize Riley's gone. Moos surely has reached out to whoever the next coach will be already (or more likely his people have reached out to his people). Wait and Riley is likely gone after Iowa and new coach named that next week. Announce Riley is not returning and Mike Riley can do a farewell tour for the last two games.
  12. They may have to announce that Riley will not be back after the game today. The combination of apathy and disgust is growing to gargantuan levels.
  13. They don't need a new coach to choose to play hard.
  14. Literally, what do these coaches and team do during the week?
  15. Speaking of Osbourne, if Riley is let go before the Huskers stumble into a A Bowl. Any chance he would"coach" one last game? There may not be a crazier ending to this thing than Dr. Tom coaching the Huskers at Yankee Stadium.
  16. It's become obvious that Riley will not be back. It's also become obvious that Moos has his eyes on Frost. If this was any other school, with their own championship winning alum, would it be anything but a forgone conclusion that he comes back??
  17. Anyone listen to the Carriker interview with Moos yet?? Adam seems like a nice guy but is raw on camera and that is a good thing here. He is super direct in his questioning. Moos knows a little too much about Frost for someone who he's never met. Doubt he knows the same info about Geoff Collins or Mike Norvell. I personally wasn't convinced Frost would be here after the season, but it looks like that if you listen to the interview.
  18. I, too, am tired of young men with healthy brains....
  19. Rugby tackling is the future. Would be a good program to embrace.
  20. This. You'd think the administration would somehow get a handle on the things they can handle
  21. Hawaii is the only school that has this kind of problem. Head coaches are on private planes and in first class. They aren't running around on a mule.
  22. Interesting that the year the Huskers are likely making a major, program altering hire, two of the top (if not the top) candidates are someone with success rebuilding a program in the general geographic area (Campbell) and a homegrown, young, energetic upstart (Frost). Last year or next year, these options likely don't exist.
