I was skeptical, but I've done this Shakeology for a month now. Down 10-15lbs. Anyone else use it?

NUance, basically eliminated all bad carbs and I've even trimmed back protein. I focus a lot on green vegetables, sweet potatoes and some fruit. I still have protein about every day but it's very minimal (mostly egg whites in the morning and 4-6 ounces at dinner). Virtually no fast food (but I do break down 1-2 times a week). My trick has been to not overeat and to focus - it hasn't been easy but a lot of it (for me) is just mental.

I'm incredibly picky about vegetables though.
The price of the stuff is insane, but it works. My appetite has been cut in half basically. Since I'm so picky this provides a lot of the stuff I would typically miss out on. And I'm not blowing $60 some a week on gas station meals. Now since my appetite is way down, I'll go home and make a sandwhich or a smoothie and be satisfied.
