The # ranking next to a eam is based off preseason bs and computer rankings, tOSU hasnt lost in 2 years yet are scraping by to hold onto their #2 spot because now two teams from the SEC threaten to take it and there is nothing they can do about it even if they win their game.

Give us USC, Beatable and people have heard of them.

ESPN and CBS both want the SEC in the title game. ESPN does gameday at an SEC showdown that airs on CBS once or twice a year. Watch an episode of Final, Live or Gameday and tell me they dont plug the ever living out of thee top ranked SEC teams just so they get voted up the polls faster.

Maybe Auburn Mizzou will finish 3-0, no then ESPN will say how amazing both defenses are. .aybe it will be a 50-51 shootout, no the. espn will say how amazing both Offenses are. Maybe one will blow the other out 34-3, no then tbe winner will jump tOSU and play in the BCS title game. Well there is no option, we must destrou ESPN.

4 is an impossible number to deal with for a playoff. There will be 4 conference champions deserving of a spot in the playoff yet one will be left out in the cold as well as a couple other teams that deserve an at large.

Because they know the fanbase is turning against him and they want to dump fuel on the fire. Saban and Muschamp are just as bad if not worse yet they are in the SEC and ESPN has a vested interest in them. Kelly is a rager too but the fanbase seems happy with him so they don't worry about him until the situation turns toxic. Bo looks the part of an angry mofo who could snap at any given moment, even if he's in a good mood. They want that on film, hence the paparazzi style coverage during games. It's not fair but yes Bo's "attitude" brings it out. Doesn't bother me in the slightest or offend me. The #1 JUCO DT signed because of Bo's passion, after an awful loss, to our "rival". Must not be as damaging as they paint it to be.

Id like to hear the rest of the tapes the leaker tossed because they sang the praise of the fans and didnt catch Bo in a candid moment where heis emotion was rightfully peaked. He can honestly say whatever he wants about the media, they want him to slip up for the most part. Sure he feels fans are an obstacle. Even if the vast majority has his back, there are small portions who attack players online, who expletively heckle Bo himself at games, who release tapes in an effort to get him fired. Where wre the Supporters when he needed them? Online, arguing with the detractors. Did that help him? No. Did the few who want to do harm succeed? Yes. So even if the99% is supportive of him, the 1% has been more effective in its quest this season. Yeah Bo is still here, but does he even want to be?

.......unless your an SEC team..... Alabama lost to a HIGHLY RANKED LSU BEFORE OSU lost to an UNRANKED ISU. Then Bama played 2 games and OSU played 1. That's why when you lose and who you lose to both matter, AND why who you beat and WHEN you beat them also matters. I aGree with you that scheduling Citadel and Minnesota Tech go away with At larges but they also do with the committee selection. If winning your league doesnt mean you get in then whats the point of leagues other than to beef uo your schedule? My problem with Bama vs OkieSt was that they took into account who lost to who. That shouldnt have been the deciding factor. Bama didnt win their division yet OkiSt won the Big 12 and got shunned. Who lost to who shoild have been a tie breaker if anuthing, not the sole reason tohave a rematch that sucked the first time. 9-6 is not the game of the century.

Auburn and Mizzou have a loss. Shouldnt matter, they lost, they are out. Thats how things worked when Oki State got left out even though they won their league. Theynhad a loss, so they were out. Even though they were replaced by a team with a loss that didnt win its division. Bamas loss was better so they were in. So by that logic tOSU and FSU jave no losses, they should be in verbatim.

Fans are entitled to believe what they want. But they only care about the W at the end of the day. We can say all day how his players love him, families respect him, coaches are inspired by him grades are affected by him and he is a top notch guy to everyone but the media and fans who have issues with him. But its pointless. The W is all that matters. Even if we won 14 games by a miracle play We would be ecstatic and would quickly forget about his fan base issues and his media relations. The man is a leader and a rloe model to his players. The only difference is his personality is put under a micrkscope because he is a scary looking guy on camera. Tommy Tubberville slapped a coach on camera. But he did it with a calm cool and focused demeanor. Yet were still upset Bo yelled at an official because of a string of questionable cals?

What 8 leagues? You're saying winning the AAC or MAC is worth more than 11-1 Alabama, etc? IsBoise State at 13-0 champ of MTN WEST better than 11-1 Bama who got left out of an 8 team playoff? Maybe not, but they won their conference, so they are in. Would 10-2 SMU be better than 12-1 Florida who lost the SEC title game? No, but if SMU was deemed the AAC champ they are in for winning their league. Is it fair? Not entirely, but it sure as hell puts credibility back in the regular season, something the SEC is robbing us of.

I would prefer 8 league champs seeded accordingly. You dont win your league, too bad. Outs a whole extra emphasis on winning every week.
