  1. It's not an opportunity...it's General Election news. I'm sure if Trump had fainted you and many others would be posting on here. First and foremost, she needs to be focused on her own health for the sake of her daughter and grandchild. Running for POTUS is a stressful endeavor. Something is not right with her routine coughing fits and falls (both this year and from a few years ago). If that is affecting her memory (as she claimed she couldn't remember many things in her FBI testimony), she should be up front about that.
  2. I'm shocked (but then again not shocked with all the Hillary defenders on here) that nobody has brought up her fainting today. There has been much pushback that questions of Hillary's health is just another conspiracy theory, but these episodes continue to happen. Tom Brokaw stated that he thinks she needs to see a neurologist. I would agree as something definitely is off with her health.
  3. Technically it can't. Half the country doesn't support Trump...This thread is full of you failing. Please stop embarrassing yourself. Lol...you are too funny. Technically 47% wasn't half the country either which is what Obama's remarks were in reference too, but I guess you were not bright enough to pick up on that one before making your latest comment. Love the hypocrisy in your last sentence... 2012 voter turnout was 57.5% of the population in 2012. If Trump some how managed 60% of those votes (ie supporters) that's 34.5% of the population. Just over one third. Not close to half. But I guess you didn't pick up on that the first time it was explained to you. This was a stupid argument to begin with and is even stupider to continue. And you were the one that tried to make a technical argument about specific percentages, whether it was Romney's 47% comment or Hillary's half of Trump supporters comment. Regardless of the actual percent involved, she just called millions of Americans racists, homophobics, etc, and you want to continue defending her. When Trump has said stupid things, such as attacking the Khans, I openly called him a doucheb*g on here and will continue to do so. It's unfortunate you just can't accept what she said was horrible and she should be held accountable for it just as some have held Trump accountable for the poor things he has said in the past.
  4. Very well put Tony. There are extreme elements of both parties, and it appears the strategy of Hillary's team is to focus on the "alt fringe right" and demonize those any chance she gets. It's really unfortunate and is a sign of a candidate that has nothing to stand for herself regarding her record or promoting Obama's record. She knows the country wants a change from Obama and is stuck.
  5. Lol...just as the left claims to be compassionate toward protecting all life...except when it comes to abortion. We can come up with numerous examples of hypocrisy on both sides...it happens with both parties, and that's yet another distraction from Hillary owning this gaffe and being held accountable for it. I've heard enough on this forum by people like you claiming you are outraged by some of Trump's comments. Except that she already apologized for it. The very next day. An apology I hardly think was necessary. I strongly agree with her statement (not the half part, but the point still is very salient). Point me to where Trump has ever apologized for one of his statements. She "regrets" using some of that language just as Trump has stated in the past he regrets some of his remarks. Moreover, she said what she truly felt and is only "regretting" it because she knows it may hurt her politically.

  7. "We need a President who is fighting for all Americans, not one who writes off nearly half the country" — Barack Obama (@BarackObama) September 18, 2012 How ironic that this tweet now can be used against the candidate he hopes to carry on his legacy.
  8. Lol...just as the left claims to be compassionate toward protecting all life...except when it comes to abortion. 9. The Breitbart Crew. "Where we fight for your First Amendment rights. As long as you're not a Democrat." Keep making excuses...
  10. Its not accurate. Trump will likely get 50 to 60 million votes, so she is calling 25 to 30 million people racist and has never even met any of them. That is not accurate, either. She didn't say everyone in that basket was racist. "Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it." The racists have company in that basket. And those additional descriptors just makes her statement that much worse. Lol.
  11. Its not accurate. Trump will likely get 50 to 60 million votes, so she is calling 25 to 30 million people racist and has never even met any of them. The left has always claimed they were the party of being open minded and tolerant...lol, This would be like Trump saying half of HIllary supporters are racists and pathological liars that trash sexual assault victims since Hillary has demonstrated that in her past. Her mistake was expanding her feeling about Trump to his supporters. Like I said before this completely negates her ability to push these attacks moving forward as she went way overboard in making this claim about millions of people.
  12. Well we already addressed that both candidates have made racial and bigoted statements in the past. Nobody is making that claim. However we are 2 months away from a general election and shes still making such statements.
  13. Yes she is wrong. There are extreme supporters on both sides but making such a claim around millions of Americans is outrageous. This is what the Clintons do when they are getting worried. They use the race or gender card and become desperate.
  14. If you are not upset about her comments you must not be upset about anything Trump has said in the past. I think we are seeing why her team tried to keep her in hiding in August. She is terrible and is very gaffe prone.
  15. Lol...you wish this won't be remembered. At a minimum it negates her ability to claim Trump has inaccurately attacked groups of people. When he made the comments about Mexico sending across its rapists, that was not talking about Americans as Hillary was. This wont be covered much tomorrow on 9/11 but it will be covered a lot after that. This is far worse than Romneys 47% gaffe in 2012.
  16. A few nuggets I learned from today's game: The passing game is far improved from last year (especially the screen game), but TA still makes me nervous with his decision making Ozigbo is the top RB on this team currently The D-line got some more pressure in the 2nd half but still is not where it needs to be in order to compete with OSU or Wisconsin The secondary looks much improved overall Bonehead penalties and decisions would have cost us the game against a better opponent
  17. Hillary really stepped in it yesterday after calling Trump Supporters racists, sexists, homophobics and "baskets of deplorables." http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/hillary-clinton-half-trump-supporters-belong-basket-deplorables-n646026 This is by far her biggest gaffe of the campaign (outside of the persistent lying). This I actually think is worse than Romney's 47% remarks in the 2012 campaign.
  18. One of my all time favorite Hillary lies was when she pulled a Brian Williams and claimed she was under sniper fire in Bosnia. And here is my 2nd favorite:
  19. It looks like the odds of the Senate staying Republican are going up despite the fact that the GOP is defending 24 seats. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/09/09/how-marco-rubio-and-rob-portman-might-save-the-senate-for-republicans/
  20. I'm not a huge Newby fan. It's not that I dislike him, but he doesn't do a lot for me. I think Ozigbo and Bryant are really special RBs, and assuming all had the same tenure, my guess is that these two would be getting a bulk of the carries while Newby was 3rd on the depth chart.
  21. So do you believe the Putin is a better leader than Obama? I think Putin is a stronger leader for his country. Does that mean I agree with Putin and his tactics...hell no. How people answer this question depends on what they want out of their leader. Those who helped elect Obama are more prone to being globalists and wanting the US to take less of a leadership role in the world. Those who are supporting Trump over Hillary now would prefer to put American interests first, and that is what's interesting about this election. It used to be conservatism vs liberalism, now its nationalism vs globalism.
  22. Yes Everything was set up for the Rs to take the WH. And then Trump... Well I've stated many times he was the last candidate I wanted to run. This country is so sick of Obama and his failures that it should have been an easy victory for POTUS for the GOP until Trump came along. I really have no clue how things will shake out on November 8. We are seeing red states like AZ and GA be within a couple points, and blue states like RI and PA remain close.
  23. I'm interested in everyone's take on the latest Quinnipiac polling out the past couple days as I see some interesting things: 1. Trump is down 5 in PA, down 4 in NC, up 4 in OH, and tied in Florida. 2. Meanwhile, the Senate candidates in those states show the GOP with a lead in all states, with Toomey up 1 in PA, Burr up 4 in NC, Portman up 11 in OH, and Rubio up 7 in FL. 3. This suggests that INCUMBENT GOP Senators are doing anywhere from 6 to 8 points better than Trump in these states, and that is including Johnson in the mix. Does that mean that this is an anti-Obama/Democratic year but Trump just sucks? Does this mean that the potential Trump undercurrent vote is where the undecideds will go but will not declare in the polling? The thing is, Hillary's numbers are not above the Democratic Senator candidates in some of these states either, so it's not as though she is lighting it up. The 7 to 10% that are not being reflected in these polls have to go somewhere. http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/latest_polls/president/
  24. Like I said, whether it's Hannity on Fox, Lemon on CNN, or Maddow on MSNBC, they are all partisan opinion shows, and all networks have these. But, with these partisan opinion shows, we expect contradictory statements and completely biased views. On headline news I would not expect what they did. It's really pretty simple.
  25. Why the shock. We all know Hannity is one of the "opinion" shows on Fox and will have a bias. Headline News is supposed to be focused on just presenting the news. Moreover, we can look at nearly every politician and opinion journalist and find statements they made in the past that contradict a current statement or opinion. Altering a video for political purposes on what is deemed to be "hard news" is just absurd.
