Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you are a Kansas fan? Just a hunch. The glittering signature kinda throws me off though. Being a KU football fan gave me lots of time in the old Big 8 to need another football team come bowl season. When you consider the tradition and fun of Nebraska football, and the fact that a rivalry never really developed because our Football has been traditionally bad and so has your basketball, I have always liked the Huskers. That said, when we would play you , I root for the Jayhawks. Now that we appear to be unlikely to play you much ever again, I guess that removes that conflict...

You're not the first Jayhawk I've heard say that. My Uncle's family in Lawrence was pretty impressed with him too and pretty taken back by his performance against k-state. They couldn't believe how we were so in love with him at the beginning of the year and suddenly everyone wanted him gone by the end. I wish that he was one of our biggest problems

I wasn't comparing him to Young, just wondering what the fans expect out of him. I wasn't very clear there, my bad. But you make an incredibly valid point, ANY school would love to have Taylor's speed on offense. Not you, sorry, the end of the video clip mentioned that comparison.

I am not sure what to think of it beyond that it was very funny....

The guy is fast and he is incredible and he was a freshman. I am not sure about the Steve Young comparison, but he is an explosive kid and if KU could take him I would run out and do a happy dance on my porch... Right now.

I would imagine this deal will get KU and MU more money than we would have gotten had we had to pack off to the Big East. Hey, you guys went to the Big 10, good for you. MU was trying to go to, but did not, I am glad we are still with our rival due to mny deep and abiding love of hating them. Hard to hate a non conference team, so I am glad they are with us. If this is a better deal than we had and as good of one as we are going to get, it is a good deal. I get that the Huskers hate Texas, but I am not sure a lot of these shots are very fact based. I can live with not splitting everytihing 12 even ways, but would like to see Basketball done more the same way if that is how we are doing it. I'll miss you guys, will root for you in your new digs... Everyone in life has to do what they have to do. We all have jobs, most of us because it is the best solution for our own situations. Some of us would not like to be in others jobs, some not even in their own, but we all do what we do. Not so different than THese Schools needing to do what is best for them in picking their conference. Not sure why calling people/fans/schools names for over that is really the right thing. (Unless they are Missouri Tigers, and you are a Jayhawk fan, then it is something one must do, as often as possible)

I am not sure that Nebraska fans need to be making fun of how small the buildings in Wyoming are, just like I am not sure that Wyoming should be looking foreward to playing Nebraska...

Rome wasn't built, ir in this case rebuilt, in a day. NU football is making great progress overall and he played the Big 10 thing as well as he could given the circumstance. No one should be unaccountable, but Tom is as close to no one as it gets and he is doing pretty well to boot.

As a Mizzou Fan I will miss the only other team in the big 12 North that has a decent football program. I made the trip to Lincoln this year and will miss that great game! I find it amusing a Beaker is posting on a football board.....how did your bowl game turn out...oops I forgot Basketball Season started early. Good Luck Huskers! Hopefully we will meet again! I can't use that on Nebraska, they actually often win lots of big games, as opposed to, well, you guys...
