  1. Too bad we couldn't get more undecided guys to the Oregon game. You can see what it did for Watts and Williams. Who wouldn't want to play in that atmosphere?
  2. Need to get Ameer to hit him up on twitter. (is that legal?)
  3. This might be in the works. Auburn has lost 7 straight home games to P5 schools. Also lost 9 of their last 11 SEC games.
  4. For completeness 2016 Oregon Offense vs Nebraska 336 rushing yards / 7.1 ypc 146 passing yards / 6.3 ypa 482 total yards / 6.9 ypp 32 points Oregon went for more rushing yards and ypc w/o Freeman, but we came close to limiting their passing yards to 1/2 what they normally get, and knocked almost 1/3 off their ypa. And of course their scoring was down.
  5. Brock was mentioning on the broadcast that this was the loudest he had heard Memorial Stadium since he played there. Which is awesome, I was re-watching the game and it sounded like it. But which is also weird, because he called the 2014 Miami game. My experience with all 3 games was that it was this game had the highest peak, msu longest postgame noise and 2nd loudest and Miami 3rd. I thought it was much louder than the Miami game. I thought it was similar to OU in 2009 where our D was a boss. I wasn't at MSU last year for comparison. But it was much louder than the OSU '11 and Wisky '12 games.
  6. Honestly I was more scared of that speedster that got that first td and 2 more than Freeman. He looked a lot like Ozigbo to me where he wouldn't go down at first contact and great vision but he wasn't a burner by any means. Me too. Those backups were speed demons. I think their offense runs better when they have those burners out there like they used to. Freeman is a better pro prospect than those guys but in that offense, that speed really makes it go. Losing Freeman had a big impact in the game. While the backups were speed demons and made big runs, Freeman would have been used as Prukop's security blanket and probably would have ground out more first downs throughout the game. That could have changed the dynamic of the ebb and flow of the game. Yup, Freeman being in there would have led to more inside zone plays. Losing him probably caused brought more outside zone plays, which is where their big runs came off of iirc. But injuries cut both ways and are a part of football. We were without Reilly (our biggest downfield threat IMO).
  7. I learned that Lightbourn can actually boom a punt.
  8. I'm thoroughly confused. Was it okay for Clinton to make careless remark? Or is Trump and even bigger douche than Hillary because touch any context clues out of the assassination hint? You posted the video. Was it to prove the remarks are okay? Or was it to show Hillary is careless and Trump can be even worse? bnil's move is "but Hillary" to anything that Trump has done.
  9. Trump just played CNN and they are pis*ed and have spent the entire day discussing the birther topic. As for Hillary's involvement, there have been plenty of reports that folks in her campaign were aware and/or tied to the birther argument being pushed, including Hillary's team pushing a photo of Obama dressed in Muslim apparel. http://www.politico.com/story/2008/02/obama-slams-smear-photo-008667 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/1579833/Barack-Obama-tribal-photo-sent-to-Drudge-Report-by-Hillary-Clinton-staff.html http://www.politico.com/story/2011/04/birtherism-where-it-all-began-053563?o=0 And let's not forget that Hillary's chief strategist (Mark Penn) in 2007 included in their campaign strategy a focus on conveying Obama's "Lack of American roots" where this was stated: http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2008/08/penn-strategy-memo-march-19-2008/37952/ Now I don't agree with Trump pushing this birther theory at all, and believe it was dumb to bring it up today given Hillary was in a freefall from her health woes and deplorables comment, but it's also dishonest for CNN to deny that Hillary's campaign was not pushing this narrative back in 2008. Of course you believe Hillary started it. When in fact it was Hillary supporters, and her actual campaign team wanted nothing to do with it. I read Game Change a few years ago. It went into detail about how both Hillary and and her inner circle basically disavowed any campaign member/surrogate who made race an issue. Do you honesty believe Obama would name her SoS if she actual started it? Do you think that Obama would campaign for her if she actually started it? Mark Penn was her Chief campaign strategist...do you not call that part of her inner circle? Ok? And her campaign never accused Obama of being born in Kenya.
  10. Also gotta love Trump today hinting at a Hillary assassination for a 2nd time.

  12. What a coward. Makes a statement then runs and hides from the press. The Hillary bit is completely false. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2015/sep/23/donald-trump/hillary-clinton-obama-birther-fact-check/#sharethefacts And what exactly did Trump end?
  13. People are concerned about Hillary's health, but want to replace her with a 75 year old? lol
  14. Already rolled back the food safety talk. What a clown show http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/2016/09/15/us/politics/ap-us-campaign-2016-trump-food-rules.html?smid=tw-share&_r=1
  15. Look at post 3091 in this thread. Since this is pointed at me, yeah, I guess I am a "Hillary supporter" because I will be voting for her. But I am more anti-Trump than anything. I want that clown no where near the Oval Office. I live in a state where she has a single digit lead. If I lived in CA or NY I would for sure be voting for Johnson as a protest. I don't overly care for her all too much. From what I have learned about Kaine, I would prefer him to her. And I really don't like the cycle of her following Bill as POTUS, just like I didn't care for W following his father. But I see her as 4 more years of the status quo, which isn't a totally bad thing IMO.
  16. I can see it now. Trump will admit in a debate that Obama was born in US. The media will fawn over it and say how presidential that is, while still asking Hillary about emails.
  17. We have car safety regulations, but people die in car accidents everyday. So lets eliminate those regulations.
  18. Time for Jr to step away from the mic
