If you think losing Ed Morrow doesn't mean much to Nebraska then you do not know anything about basketball. Kid is our toughest and best interior player by far and the only big who can properly run a P&R on offense. Not to mention the physical boards he gets. This is a big time loss.

would actually love to see him at UNL. He brings a lot of what we could use to the table. What role would he fill? Playing in the post is a big reason why he left UNO, and I have no idea if he can fill a perimeter positions, either at the 3 or a stretch 4. tough kid, defender who isnt afraid to mix it up. Admittedly have only seen 2-3 games of his but he stood out every time for his physical presence on the floor. Nebraska doesn't have enough of those types of guys right now.

this is pretty normal for Diaco. He moved our #1 corner Jamar Summers to Safety next to Obi Melifonwu last year b/c we needed help there and had good CB's. Look for this kind of thing to continue into the future as well.

This game scares me. Besides last year, these guys have been really really solid and made a freaking BCS game a few years back. Right after Oregon game and right before B1G play. Hate scheduling these types of games. If were playing G5 teams would rather play the NMSU, Hawaii, Charlotte, and Georgia State's of the world than the NIU, Fresno State, Air Force's that are more competitive and have a chance to win.

I know we'd never tell someone not to come on their own dime to Lincoln but you have to wonder if there almost comes a point where there are too many prospects at the game for our own good. Coaches can only be in one spot at once

i dont think so but that would be a really nice touch and a great idea for someone to bring up in the future

Figured this would be worth starting for some of the bigger names. UConn Big Man Steven Enoch is transferring from the program. This would be a PHENOMENAL get for us if we could get him. He's incredibly gifted offensively but Ollie was hard on him for not knowing his defensive assignments as well as he should've. Definitely worth reaching out:

Keep an eye out for NU pursuing Washington's current 5* QB commit Jacob Sirmon now that UW has Yankoff in the fold. Sirmon just started following OCDL and Chase Haslett on Twitter and the Nebraska Football official account follows Sirmon as well.
