As a UConn fan I've seen Lee play against my Huskies as well as against other American teams the past 2 years. I'm really not sure we need this guy to be honest. He never did much at Tulane to wow me while he was there but if he comes to Nebraska hopefully he can see some growth

Regardless of the position he plays it'll be nice to have his speed on D. It's gotten better lately but there were times the past 4-5 years where we just looked so slow on that side of the ball (see Wisconsin, Big Ten Championship game, 2012)

I expect to see Freedom, Williams, Maurice, McMullen - with Davis behind Freedom and Neal behind McMullen. Also, could see Carlos Davis overtaking Maurice by seasons end. Maurice looked damn good when he was healthy this year.... I wouldn't look for anyone to overtake him if he remains healthy. I think he'll be our best D-lineman in 2016. Completely forgot about Maurice. I expect big things if they're able to move McMullen inside though

Honestly if we get Williams back.. a D-Line of Freedom, Williams, McMullen, Davis/Neal is pretty athletic and solid

I really hope so. Getting Johnson Jr. and Gebbia on board this weekend would really build a ton of momentum for this '17 class. Could propel us ultimately to top 15 with the amount of peer recruiting they say they want to do

lol this is too freaking classic You do have to understand that Clemson was just in the National Championship.. They were one onside kick away from going undefeated. If that team was offering me and I was in the kid's shoes, I would be crazy not to at least visit them. Just because a kid visits doesn't mean he's committing. If he does, so be it, but that's not from a lack of effort to this coaching staff. I live in Charlotte so I know all about Clemson. Almost went to school there- its a beautiful campus and obviously the success of their football team recently is extremely hard to turn down I was just referring to us seemingly being in a solid-good position with a recruit late in the process and then a bigger name school (by today's standards) coming in and offering and getting a visit

Fired up! Glad to be back at .500 in B1G play. Glad we handled business in this stretch- this was huge for Tim Miles too. Let's keep this momentum rolling against one of the best teams in the country in Michigan State on the road Jan 20!

Sounds like Domann and/or his parents did have some questions but they were satisfied with what they heard from Banker and Bray and everyone sold on the Huskers now. Any info on what questions they had? How much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?
