  1. I think Whittingham is a damn good coach. But dude will be 62 in November and has been at Utah for the past 27 years. He aint leaving. He's a Utah Lifer.
  2. Racist? Doesn't have to do with race. Just sick of all the anti-vaxxers. People like her are the reason I have to work covid red zones and wonder if I'm bringing covid home to an unvaccinated toddler. f#&% her. Anti-vaxxers are a s#!t stain on society.
  3. To clarify, this doesn't mean Frost is a bad coach. Frost built a successful system for a particular program. Nebraska isn't that program. Dude could take his system to Houston, USF, San Diego St, FAU and program crush it again. I doubt Tom Osborne would super successful running the west coast offense at Stanford. Sorry I'm done ranting to myself now.
  4. I think the idea behind Riley was right. He was a program builder who could win in a place that isn't easy to win. His style, his offense - it just didn't fit Nebraska. The Cali kids in a pro-style offense won't work here, the Florida kids in a up tempo offense won't work here. That's why I've cozied up to the idea of a Monken type. Find someone that won't be scared by the recruiting disadvantages of Nebraska, and the teams Nebraska has to compete with. Find someone that will embrace the challenge and build something that can work in Nebraska. A system that will highlight Nebraska beef and skill players from Omaha, KC, St Louis. Frost is finally trying to do this, but Frost has never done it before. He's trying to build something he's never built and frankly doesn't know how. Find someone that can.
  5. He didn't win a natty, that was chiz. But he's a damn good coach.
  6. He went 15-9 despite 40 less scholarships and 4 year bowl ban. He was B1G coach of the year and National coach of the year. He was a train wreck for the texans, but what he did at Penn St was pretty incredible.
  7. Is Scott Frost a real vampire? He's pale, he never appears to be enjoying himself during the day time hours, he always wears a hat to protect himself from the sun, and he's sucked the life out of half our fan base.
  8. Was just adding to your statement. Definitely don't think you were on Candace's side of the ordeal.
  9. If you feel bad for Candace Owens and not the health care workers, it says a lot about you...That's all I will say about the situation.
  10. Entz was handed the keys to a Ferrari and the only thing he's shown is he hasn't crashed it in the 30 seconds he's been driving it. Give me a guy like Monken who was handed the keys to a Geo Metro and proved he can compete with the Ferrari.
  11. Unanimous is hard to come by. UC Med said 70% of their nurses are already vaxxed. My healthcare system is probably at 90%. I'd say even with health educated groups, the ceiling of people willing to get a vaccine will range 75%-90%. The real questions is do you let that minority put the patients at risk because you need staff? Hard decisions for hospital admins.
  12. Definitely a Frost problem. Always makes me laugh when people when people say it's a Riley problem. Frost's offense has progressively gotten worst every year....I'm talking F+ (analytics/efficiency), yards per game, yards per play, points per game. The more Riley guys graduating, the worse Frost's offense plays. That's why if this trend continues, and we have another inept offense this year, and finish below .500, you have to get rid of him. Do we think this is gonna magically turn around with the worst recruiting class in the B1G and a 1st year QB?
  13. This guy and his followers still didn't believe it was COVID that was killing and did kill him. Also they are asking for donations to finish his tour where he speaks on the Dominion CEO being a pedo, how the election was rigged, how 9/11 was an inside job, and how democrats are running a sex ring out of pizza parlor.
  14. Offense still need some hint of swagger, nasty, accountability. I see very little of it from our guys.
  15. I much prefer Chin's group's mindset. They fly around, pump each other up. They look like they want to be there playing football. Contrast that to Frost and AM who always look like they're in a Southwest Airlines commercial.
  16. Debunked. Along with the dude being hung by a heli. I'm sure you will have new talking points tomorrow though!
  17. That, and he doesn't call the game like he wants to establish the run. 47 Drop Backs vs 25 Designed runs on Saturday.
  18. I mean our offense has statistically gotten worse every year. Multiple games our offense has disappeared in the 2nd half. Then we have quotes like the one from Frost yesterday. I'm worried the book is out on Frost, and the book is he can't adjust. At UCF he tore it up for one season, there wasn't the continuity for DC's to figure him out. Year 1 Nebraska same thing. He wasn't a known quantity. First drive last year against OSU, absolutely beautiful. Frost is an absolute genius on scripting a game plan against a known quantity. But guess what, as soon as a good DC adjusts to Frost - his offense falls apart.
  19. He said multiple times..."We guessed wrong"....."About half of our game plan was out the window when they lined up how they did." The 4 man front really screwed them up, according to Frost himself. We will see how it plays out the rest of the season, but if something as simple as a new coaching staff coming out in an unexpected front can handcuff your offense that much, it doesn't bode well for the rest of the year. Guys like Leonhard, Coombs, Macdonald - all run multiple fronts - and will make Frost adjust in the middle of a game.
  20. Who says he needs to work 15 hours? Show up in the morning and put in a full days work. Maybe spend more time preparing for a 4 man front, because apparently that can be enough to f#&% up your offense. Go listen to Trev talk about championship habits, it matters. I assure you guys like Saban and Dabo are putting in the work.
  21. If Scott's team looks woefully unprepared on Saturday, Trev's first question is 'How did Scott prepare for this game'. If Trev knows that Scott spent the summer showing up whenever he pleased, trust me it'll go over like a fart in a space suit.
  22. The rumor on reddit and rivals, was Frost met with the big hitters this morning. Ted Carter, Board of Regents. No idea if it's true. If it was true, no idea what it would be about, because the ball is in Trev's court. This was plastered all over the various boards the past 24 hours.
