Success breeds high ticket prices. That’s awesome and I’m proud of our university and volleyball program for putting out a program that’s so high in demand. However…… I’m looking for you tickets to the Purdue game. We come back once a year to do the family thanksgiving thing - which is usually a football game and a basketball game- but this year I’ve decided my holiday present to everyone will be volleyball tickets- cha ching $$$$. I have not been to a volleyball game in the Devaney. What are the best sections? There are almost no B level on stub hub. The b that is there is on is in an end court- is that a good or limited view? Would the upper C level on the sides be better? And we’re for 7- we know we’re going to have to split up.

How do you not practice well? Does he not show up on time? Poor effort? If true, it would be hard to play guy that doesn’t look good in practice.

Minnesota will lose their next game. Take that to the bank.

You’re acting like we have thoughbreds in the stable- when what we have is a bunch of sale barn killer pen horses. And why would we make adjustments at half? We were up10-0. This was an excellent long term coach, with players fitted to his system , winning this game. Not us losing it.

Are you just ultra disappointed because of the early 10 point lead? Maybe Minnesota played terrible because we came out ready to play? Depth and experience got us down the stretch, but give some credit.

And how did it happen? Had a good game plan, then when it was adjusted to-by what some call a very good coach- didn’t have the depth to do anything different. All on six weeks of in-season coaching.

Guess I’m different, but everything about today proves to me that MJ should be permanent HC. I liked the game plan, I like his in game style, I love his recruiting. I feel that given the bits and pieces he inherited, he has done an outstanding job. Sure would have loved a W, but this year is not about winning it’s about resurrecting a program that fell to the ginger haired Joker. The amount of damage that mental midget did …. I do not have words for it. Almost Insurmountable maybe?

Or is the program killing us I’m gonna civilly sue Steve Peddy for killing my elderly father. He died of a broken Husker heart.

You’re right- it is an audition. I think I met a “fair” audition I do get the nagging feeling that it’s Joseph and has been all along. I guess we will see within the month.

So MJ takes over a staff and players that he did not select or recruit- mid season and some of you call it an audition? Rather than compare SF and MJ -as if we are comparing apples to apples (both coaches selected their own staff and players) try comparing the what-if MJ was the HC during the NW and Georgia Southern games hypothetical? Does he lose those? I think he does not, but that also doesn’t mean he the long term solution either.

Don’t care. He lost to Ga Southern just this year. The MSU game was all but in the books as a W. We can go over every 7 point or less loss in his tenure, but they were still loses and he’s a loser.

Disagree. We were down 14-0 at half to Rutgers. SF beat teams like Bethune-Cookman and on the very rare occasion-a BIG team that he got an early lead on. In his last year he pulled out zero wins in competitive games.

I don’t think the breaks are in the university’s control- but I lightly agree with the amount of honorees. It kind of depends where the game is at emotionally- like a big stop coming up for the d- or other highly energized situation.- it would be nice to have a stadium DJ keep the crowd jacked. But if it’s a natural lull in the flow of the game- then I think it’s a nice time to sit and relax.

How does what other people know mean anything to the future success of the program? And how do you that nobody knows? It’s a horrible idea to hire based on the opinions of the nation. I hope TA hires the right person and the hire has nothing to do with the CFB awareness of some Georgia redneck.

And i wondered why he portaled his way to Lincoln. When Thompson signed on, I thought no way Purdy comes too. Turns out Purdy had no other options. I can’t remember why we liked him in the first place.
