Our Strength and Conditioning is pathetic. How is Nebraska getting pushed around by Indiana, MInnesota, Illinois? The previous weak sisters of the Big 10?? This is beyond comprehension. "in the old days" when the qb was dinged the O-Line took into their own hands and mauled us to victory. This is a sad standard. We cannot even defend Memorial against Indiana.

You would think we would be awesome at the screen game. I think the O-Line screen blocks every play. Never seen such a flood of d-line in our backfield so fast.

The 3-4 absolutely does not fit this team's talent. Can't we just get the 4 biggest fat guys to just lay down and make them at least run around them? I will take any LB that can tackle in space and immediately start an All American campaign for them. The way they line up I would audibling all night for the counter sweep to our right side. half run themselves out of the play, a third cannot shed a block and the other half can't tackle... I know math nuts go crazy. Man that was hard to watch.

I thought the playmakers did just that, the to's sucked. The O-Line opened some holes and gave A-Mart plenty of time. A-Mart finally looked like himself the latter half of the 3rd quarter on. We have weapons to use on OSU. This game has got to make this team tighter and stronger. Husker For Life!

One thing I'd like to see is more slants and more of a west coast O feel. I think it would help AM's decision making and take advantage of our strengths namely getting Washington Spielman and Robinson in space with the ball quickly. I don't care how tired you are you do not give up a 95 yard flea flicker at this level. unexcusable. I saw a lot of positives and some glaring weaknesses but we are moving in the right direction. I think we don't have the overall talent to go cruise control for any amount of time. I put a good chunk of this at Martinez's feet. He has to be a run first pass second type qb right now. They don't even look for him to run so they key on the back. Frost needs to do a better job with the PC for sure. This should have been a 38-17 win.

I think we as loyal Husker fans have to concentrate on what we can control, that is work hard, take care of our families and get ready for another big red b*tchfest next Saturday night!! GBR! Have a good week all!

Refs are graded every week. Poor grades mean they will be sitting next week. These will almost assuredly be sitting home next week. Only a part of the game but they have unduly influenced portions of this one.
