Im guessing 3 or 4 will quit after spring ball.

I wonder how walk on scholarships are used against total # of 85 scholarships. Ive heard if a freshman or sophmore gets put on scholy it counts against the 85. But if they wait til Jr.year it counts differently.

I know some players on the team. Last spring every player was in the main locker room, because there was enough lockers. Anybody who did not make the fall roster was moved to the auxillary locker room during the season. Bradley and Dixon were in the main locker room last fall. This spring all early enrollers were put in the aux room....along with Bradley and Dixon.

Also agree on Johnson. He is on 2nd string at linebacker. But Hannah will probably bump him down in the fall.

Do you have to be a starter to be put on scholarship? Mazour was on scholarship last year and barely played! If Belt is the 5th back do they give him one?

Running back depth chart in August....1.D. Mills(if qualifies). 2.Mo Washington(if still on team) 3. Rhamir Johnson 4. Wyatt Mazour 5. Brody Belt 6. Jaylin Bradley....mix in Robinson and M. Jones.

Also Joey Johnson and Ethan Cox(not sure if he is on scholarship) same with Wyatt Mazour.

He was still limited early in practice. But he has been playing well since he came back. I think he will be a solid contributer.

Here are the high school stats for Belt. 250 carries for 3000 yards and 55 touchdowns. Thats his Jr. and Sr. years combined. He played basketball and baseball also. He only attended one football camp after his junior year and that was Nebraskas Friday night lights camp. Wildeman is not even participating in contact drills.

He has a preliminary hearing on April 10th. Im no lawyer but Im guessing he would enter a plea on that day. It will be up to California if they want to go to trial at a later date.

A couple things I have wondered. There is no official photo of Washington on the roster. As far as I know there hasnt been one since he got on campus. Also I dont recall any interviews from last season. Just seems odd to me.

I would venture to say 99% of teen aged kids phones are under their parents account. I have two boys 21 and 19 and I have their phones on my account because it saves them money.

Its not difficult to transfer data between old and new phones

In my opinion it could go either way. The fact that he is practicing tells me that if he gets a misdemeanor charge, they will keep him.

I will also say this. If a player is even slightly banged up, they are not participating in contact this spring. I think the staffs priority is for 100% participation in the fall.
