I have no issue with alcohol in the stadium, I’d welcome it even, but my goodness this sounds like a logistical nightmare. I could see you missing half a quarter at least if you went to a concession for a beer in most parts of the stadium.

Texas Tech’s “peak” was also one 11-2 season surrounded by four loss seasons or more. And in Oregon’s playoff year their lines were hardly undersized. Their DL had a first round draft pick in Arik Armstead. So I’m not really sure that we are looking for a new fit. Snapping the ball every 8 seconds is nice, but it’s in no way some hidden secret to success.

A quick, fast peak Chip Kelly offense is a great goal. It will be fun to watch but when it doesn’t work, and can’t keep the sticks moving, it can be disastrous if your defense isn’t up to par. I think we need a lot more depth before this truly takes hold.

A high schooler having those type of videos of exes in possession of a minor in a situation that fits child pornography. Just because he’s a running back that you’d like on the team doesn’t change that. And if it’s only there for a plea bargain, then do it already.

I think that’s a highly unlikely scenario, and “wrongly charged” and “trumped up charges” aren’t a matter of fact, but opinion. I think it’s best for all parties involved if he sits (while remaining on the team) until the case is closed. It protects the optics on the program, staff and the person and maybe even delivers a lesson about having things like that on your phone

People with pending felonies shouldn’t play. He shouldn’t be needed to put southern Alabama away, so sit him and get this thing resolved once and for all.

I think the point is Nebraska is the team that exists every year where the nation says: “what? Why are they ranked?” Its a good thing, and the ball is in Nebraska’s court to live up to the respect. Speaking of respect, it’s probably time for the “we don’t get any respect” trope to die considering we are ranked after the nightmare of the past few seasons. GBR, let’s live up to the respect

Professionally? Absolutely. From a college standpoint it’s probably a tougher find. Though, logistically I think we all know Lincoln is harder than it should be to get to. Making it easier to get to Lincoln and stay closer to the stadium makes sense
