Fidone is a stud but we dont know what the ACL injury is going to do to his speed and body control. Carnie is a phenomenal athlete with exceptional size, but he doesnt catch the ball well. Watch his highlights, he bobbles most of the ones he catches. The highlight films dont show all of the drops hes had the last 2 seasons of HS ball. We need a gamer here.

NU isnt as deep as Arky- but Bunz is very capable and can eat innings. Perry and Wynne have looked good of late as well- Perry just probably cant go over 4 innings though.

Benning announces other classes- not just class A. This is a multi year observation- it's seriously baaad . Lawrence gets some of the basics wrong, formations etc- he gets the tacklers and ballcarriers wrong- has tough time keeping up. He just isnt an announcer- neither is Stai

1 deep is all you need. Benning does- he gets the names right, has background stories and knows their seasons. Knows the offenses- defenses, the xs and os- really professional. His analysis is top notch as well- and keeps up with the game.

Sorry- Im just no a fan of lazy and poor announcing. I really enjoy watching all those games. Lawrence was deer in the headlights bad and in serious need of a shave. Benning does a fantastic job at it, Lawrence and Stai are the complete opposite- both awful and no research- none.

Glad you and your girlfriends enjoyed him. Ive watched him announce several games and he was awful and difficult to understand at times. It was obvious he hadnt put any time into researching the teams. His analysis was very superficial and he had a tough time keeping up with the game.

I hope Blake is better at this NIL thing than he is at announcing Nebraska High School football State Finals. He was awful at that. Poorly prepared, all cliches, little insight and sounded like he had marbles in his mouth.

Johnson worth taking a peek at. While most transfers dont work out, a change of scenery and ability to start over from scratch can sometimes reap rewards. Kids get pigeonholed and then respond to those boundaries by meeting those expectations.

Most people can see Chins has improved every year, without using a bunch of metrics. No one here claims his defense is great, just moving in the right direction. Too often our offense and special teams have put the defense in a very tough spot. More and more, the defense has risen to the occasion and bailed the offense and special teams out. Unfortunately there has been just too many of these layups for the opposition- and we still have a tough time closing games out or getting very critical stops- AGAIN because the defense gets put in so many tough spots. Until we can close games out/get critical stops, consistently put pressure on QBs, cause more turnovers and get DBs who somehow understand that blocking is not tackling- Im resistent to calling our defense great.

Regional results: UNCW is the class of the league. In 2019 they went 0-2 losing to NC and Tennessee. In 2018 Northeastern lost to Auburn and NC State In 2018 UNCW went 2-2 . Beating Ohio State 4-3 and losing to South Carolina in finals

Its virtually impossible to gauge, since Kevin Warren wouldnt allow any BIG teams to play out of conference. There is literally no measuring stick. Thats why the NCAA penalized NU so hard with the ridiculous seeding at Arkansas.
