Get a good high school Defensive Coach from Nebraska...better than this piece of garbage we have now

Love how everyones so quick to be like "We're gonna beat ISU easy" when we just LOST, yes...I said lost because if the HC for Ball State wasn't a moron passing the ball on consecutive downs when he's up by two possessions when he could have used the run game which was really working well to burn clock that game would have been a loss. What am I talking about? They threw an interception on a poor decision by the QB and missed a field goal. We should have lost that game we got lucky.

Exactly...its our coaching plain and simple. Look at Coz at Wisconsin (their ranking on defense at the end of each season) and look at it now that he's left. Ok, now look at our D ranking before 5 years prior to Coz and look at it since he's been there. Stats do not lie. If something isn't done in the off season....god help me. I still think Cally has yet to prove himself but I love what im seeing on the O side of the ball. Our line could use some stadium stairs though. The Defense is just garbage. Coz should have been asked for his resignation swiftly after the end of that game.

I actually think we will lose this game

Our offense is perfectly fine as well as our special teams. The problem is our Defensive coaching. We catch just fine what is your problem? Screw the zone blocking? Ok, well at least we've eliminated one person for any coaching job.

If you think we're gonna be able to hang with Missouri you're out of your mind. This season is over. Rest of the season results...Mark my words: Iowa State - WIN (not by much) Missouri - LOSE (we will get destroyed) Ok. I'm pretty sure, that because we lost to the #1 team in the country, that they will just do away with the program after this season and concentrate on men's gymnastics. We lose to USC and we are making judgements on the program's future? Give me a break. Next game. Yeah...we almost lost to Wake and should have under the same four plays all day. I wear rose colored glasses but something needs fixed. WAKE FOREST CMON!

Our defense blows and has blown. OSU did the same thing to us last year. It's embarassing. Our O-line is mediocre at best. We have great talent behind center and in the back field and our receivers are great....O AND D LINE NEED RE-VAMPED. PERIOD. That was Osbornes key to success. We never got super kick ass 5 start QB's and RB's and won the national champs...we had an O line that was as big as any NFL teams as well as a D that was unstoppable. We've reinvented the wheel and it shows. We will not win the north I'm certain of it. Someone up here is going to hand us our ass.

I'll be negative when I have to be but crying about a dropped couple passes when we ran ALLLLL day and he didn't get teh chance to get zipped a couple more makes no sense to me.
