Cool to see a kickoff return. I was afraid we wouldn't see many with the new rules.

I thought it was safe to assume all games will be on TV because BTN will pickup any that are not covered by someone. Or is it possible some could be online-streaming only?

I live in the area and would hope to go but that will depend on the budget. I was stupid and didn't try to get tickets earlier and now it looks like they start at about $100.00. Already blowing a wad on the Wisconsin game.

If we should lose

I'm in the Chicago area and had the ability to experience Big Ten Network on two different systems. At home, I have AT&T U-Verse and had to set the game to record since we had a party to go to. At the party, they have Comcast and I was not impressed. Comcast carried only one BTN game in HD and it was not the Nebraska game. Like someone else said, the SD channels was highly compressed and looked awful. Is that the ball or a bug on the camera? I watched the game in full from my U-Verse recording and it was great. It looked like with U-Verse, all games were carried in both SD and HD. And, no $45 pay per view like I had to deal with in the past

So I just read the news that the sidetrack band (Joyce and Paul) will no longer be at the sidetrack this season. (link) That surprised me as I myself don't remember them being anywhere but the Sidetrack. According to their web site, they will be at Single Barrel now. Anyone know if they are still planning on being in Madison?

For those that are sick and tired and pissed off (like me ) at ABC/ESPN for showing some games in Standard Definition only in some parts of the country. Here are a few posts about the issue. Ok, so my first half comments. Offense is stellar. Well played all around. Very very few mistakes and I say that even with the fumble. That was simply a clean hit on the ball and not entirely T's fault. Defense was playing a bit too tight to start, then a bit too soft. After a quarter, they worked it out and were beyond stellar in 2nd quarter. David David David David OMG! Only bad note, Meredith has been missing tackles. GBR!
