Great insight, BO is intense... who knew? Does he get paid for that kind of analysis? ....sounds like a string of old sports cliches. But opinions vary. GO BO!! isn't all radio or tv analysis cliches? everyone on tv or radio, except maybe ron jaworski at times, are just broken records, repeating cliches. Yes, sadly, that is very common. So is stating the obvious... "Wow, Tim, the huskers really need a first down here!" or "That end zone interception really hurt them!!" ... sometimes they make me laugh out loud. GO BO!! or slam a beer bottle on your own head.

Nobody should be in the title game. There are teams playing for a national title, just because, for no real apparent reason. If you can make a case, for or against any team in the TOP 12, then you need a frickin playoff system. This is the first time that I've ever felt that NO TEAM deserves a national championship and it's because of this frickin system.

who's DC then? Bo is. He said he would be calling the defense during his press conference, so I dont know as there would be a reason to have someone else with the title. just because you think there is no reason for it, doesn't mean there won't be. it'd be easier to have someone be DC/Position Coach then have a HC/DC or OC. I'm pretty sure a former DC turned HC like Mike Tomlin of the Steelers or Bill Belichick have DC's.

you should flog your baby seal anyway but you're right, that commercial is awful. i have to change the channel each time it comes on. along with that, the stupid song they play before primetime games on espn and abc.

he'll get calls like Bob Stoops gets calls if he can turn us around like Stoops did OU.

i don't think he was that bad as an Offensive Coordinator. He gave Iowa State a shot in the arm when he was there for a year. He just got all hot and bothered with the way Jammal Lord ran, just like Solich did. But, you're right, he shouldn't be OC. We need to keep an offense that's been putting up crazy points. Better O-Line coaching, more running plays other than stretch plays, more intense practices and workout sessions, walk-ons bustin through walls to get playing time, etc., all of these things are going to contribute to getting back to the promised land. And that's just improving the offense. Put your trust in Bo to cure the defense of it's ills. All good things.
