This is only a rumor, and I have no way to confirm..... However, I got a call from a buddy of mine in Omaha who said that he was told that Ben Cotton is out of Thursday's game w/H1N1, and that Hickman and Helu are being tested for the flu. This friend of mine has been right in the past, as he told me about Castille before the rumors started on that issue. I sure hope this is false.....please don't kill the messenger!

Hello all, I'm looking for a set of 4 tickets to the San Jose St game. My wife and I have two sons, ages 11 and 6, and we have never been able to all go to a game together as a family. I'm not looking for the absolute best/highest priced tickets....if possible I was hoping to spend no more than $150 total, as I realize this game won't be in as high of demand as other games down the road. That's a lame argument about the "blue hairs". Do yourself a favor and watch some games this weekend where you see an emotionally-charged atmosphere. How many "blue hairs" do you see at these games? How many were at LSU last weekend against Florida? And, I bet LSU isn't hurting for booster donations right now. I didn't see many "blue hairs" in Columbia last weekend as well, and I bet their AD Dept is seeing an increase in donations right about now. Boosters write checks when their teams succeed and support the direction of the Athletic Dept, not whether or not they are sitting at a game. I'm just saying that Husker Nation needs to take all of our pent-up frustration to the game tomorrow, and channel it by yelling our a$$es of to spark some enthusiasm and life into this program!
