  2. Thanks eliot1171. All 4 of those sigs are great!
  3. Jase Dean #31. He has been impressive on special teams.
  4. I posted a separate thread yesterday, and decided to include my request here as well: I got a sweet sig pic last season from a fellow HuskerBoarder, and I'd like a new sig with Ndamukong Suh and Roy Helu, with AURORANHUSKER somewhere on there. Maybe a shot of the stadium in the background, or whatever else works for you. I'd greatly appreciate it!

  6. And BC won at Lane Stadium...... Since this matchup won't be a night game, one would think that could neutralize some of that Hokie magic ( ).
  7. Word: Touchdown Next Person: Trev Alberts Winner Next person: Brook Berringer
  8. NU has beaten a few "ranked" teams since '01.... in the top 25.
  9. Osborne did lose to Miami three straight times, but to 3 different coaches (Schnellenberger in '84 OB, Johnson in '89 OB, and Erickson in '92 OB). And, ironically, Osborne's 1983 powerhouse team had a close call in Stillwater (14-10), which was Jimmy Johnson's final Okie State team.
  10. Osborne defeated Jimmy Johnson 5 out of 6 tries. All 5 wins were over Okie State in JJ's five years there ('79-'83). TO's only loss was in the 1989 Orange Bowl to Miami... And, TO was 3-2 vs. Joe Paterno, 1-0 vs. Steve Spurrier and 1-1 vs. Howard Schnellenberger.
  11. Nebraska 35 Clemson 24 NU rushing: 159 yds NU passing: 251 yds
  12. Presumably, the Big 12 will also get two BCS bids..... so that makes for a lot of bowls selecting prior to the Gator's option at a Big 12 school.
  13. The Gator Bowl can take either ND, a Big 12 team, or a Big East team; the other opponent is the #3 selection from the ACC.
  14. I think it's still a possibility! Nebraska and Wyoming have been working on a five-game series (3 in Lincoln, 1 in Laramie and 1 in Denver). Significant financial details are the only hold up, from what I've learned about the situation.
  15. Iowa-Nebraska would be a decent matchup on the field (much better for the fans, no doubt).... kind of hard to believe that the Hawkeyes and Huskers have only met SIX times in the past SIXTY years. Minnesota would be all right. Nebraska needs to catch up some more on the all-time record (20-29-2), even though the Huskers have won the last 14 games! Keep in mind that the Golden Gophers (under Glen Mason, that is) collapsed in this particular bowl game two years ago. Texas Tech stormed back from a 31-point deficit to win 44-41 in OT!
